[Resolved] Xolo — xolo phone stopped working after 1 month of purchase | |||
I purchased xolo q700 on 29th oct 2013, my phone completely stopped working on 5th dec 2013, i took it to xolo service center in bangalore on 7th dec 2013, I called them on 9th dec to know about the status of my phone, they sai i can come in the evening and take my phone, by the time i reached there my phone was not repaired, then they asked me to come again tomorrow, when next day i went there they said me ts not repaired and we need to send it to the hardware service center and within a week I will get a reply from them. but now its one month i didnt get any reply from them. And when i try to call to the service center they are not picking the phone and when i call xolo customer care they says they dont have any update on this. I have bought this phone from flipkart at 9999/- and now i feel i wasted my money. My complaint registration number is :[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
