[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo q1000 opus - problem | |||
Last month, I bought a new mobile Xolo Q1000 opus in Flipkart.Order no.OD[protected], Dated JULY 20, 2014.But lot of problems already in a new mobile, Which I bought. Problems are, Mobile Auto ON/OFF, Camera flash problem, Ear speaker problem. I went to XOLO SERVICE CENTRE at Spencer Plaza Chennai.They rectified the problems, except the Mobile Auto On/Off.They are telling the reason is, Accessories like Battery not available in Spencer plaza centre.Service centre persons are not giving their suggestion properly. I worried about purchasing your mobile, because o[censored]navailability of accessories.Kindly replace the mobile, or rectify the problem.Otherwise, I can legally handle this issue.Do the needful one.
