[Resolved]  Xolo — Xolo tegra tablet

The tablet was working fine for around 3 months then it started having really bad battery and would get heated really fast, it also has become very slow .
is this a software issue or some virus. the tab sometimes switches of automatically.it charges very slowly.i have tried factory resetting it many times but still no solution. please help
the tab was bought in amazon.in
