Sir,
1. I have purchased Realme 13+ 5G device from flipkart (Xonight ecommerce) on 22 Oct 24(I checked specification of NFC and on Flipkart page of this device specification column it was mentioned as NFC : YES). It was an open box delivery where i have checked the phone condition and accessories in the box. After delivery when i started using device i wanted to use NFC feature of this device but i found that this device doesn't support NFC, I checked all settings but didn't found anywhere.
2. Please refer old grievance number mentioned above. After your mail to flipkart on that complaint they assigned a support staff Mrs Rukhsar, she collected all the evidence from me and agreed to create a refund request but request getting cancelled due to wrong information provided by the @flipkart rep in return creating, this happened three times for various reason. At last on 2nd Nov 24 I was unable to attend due to some commitments and on 3rd Nov I received two miss call from her with just one second and two seconds ring. Further for 4th Nov I sent a mail mentioning convenient time for call to me between 6pm to 9 pm on 4th Nov but she called me at 5.51pm which I wasn't able to attend and she closed my request. Further I called the flipkart customer support various times for help and they created refund request twice to get cancelled for various reason. 20 days gone still my money is stuck and I'm unable to use the device which is causing heavy unconvineance for me.
Now i request you to .Please look into the matter and ask flipkart to take back this device with refund only to bank account amount 22999/-.
