I ordered a realme 12x worth 11107/- through Flipkart via shadow fax courier through this vendor. The same day it reached the nearest hub but my order was delayed on purpose for the next two days. I went to the courier office to get my prepaid order collected.. they said they had returned back to the seller the previous day itself. Do u guys have a tie up with the courier company not to deliver prepaid orders and delay the refund also? I received a msg stating that the refund has been completed but I'm yet to receive it. I checked with the bank manager too, he directly said if the seller had refunded, it would reflect in the account else not. Seems like xonight ecommerce is a fraud company
