My fd receipt from bajaj was not delivered but awb[protected], but they had sent me an sms stating that it has been delivered. Sms was sent on 29th september. Post that i had called expressbees customer care on 4th oct where they confirmed that they will escalate to their higher up & i will receive a call within 2 hours but still not received. Today when i tried calling their customer care my call was not connected stating long queue. Mail sent on 3rd october for same matter but still no reply. Another order from paytm awb[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 4th sept but still not delivered & they had sent an sms on 30th sept that they could not locate the address & another attempt will be made within 24 to 48 hours, but still no attempt has been made Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi,
I was informed yesterday about my package delivery.
Shipment Id:[protected]
When I enquired about the same it was told that it will be delivered the next day i.e. today. Now the delivery guy is refusing to deliver it today as he is in leave.
I want that package to be delivered as soon as possible. Do the needful.

Regarding the AWB [protected] which is supposed to deliver the customer 29th September 2017, the same has not delivered and showing status undelivered as closing of office address even the office is opened in same day.
Requesting you look in to this ASAP and help me to get the product.
