The Order was despatched by Metllory Trends via XpressBees AWB number [protected]. the courier reached Rudrapur, Uttarakhand-263153 by 25th July 2024. and tracking showed OUT FOR DELIVERY for the complete day. At around 6pm i got the whatapp message from the XpressBees team that " Courier cannot be delivered because it has been rescheduled". on calling customer care they only had the response that they have escalated the matter and courier will be delivered next day.
The same thing happened next day with whatapp that courier is out for delivery and in the evening the same message that it was not delivered due to rescheduling. on further contacting the customer care the same answer was there that they have escalated and they are sorry for delay.
Again today same cycle repeated. I have received 3 ticket numbers from the customer care of Xpressbees for the same problem:[protected], 25842070,[protected].
I am attaching following: order details of Metllory Trends, snapshot of whatapp from Xpressbeas for order being out for delivery and then being rescheduled for 25-7, 26-07,[protected].
These services should be penalised for torturing the customers and also at the same time playing with their emotions by hanging them in middle of nowhere. I would recommend to take a seriuos action on such compaines.
