[Resolved]  Xpressbees Logistics — XpressBees Worst Courier Service Ever! No Delivery, No Response, Totally Useless Support!

I'm so fed up with XpressBees! My parcel-AWB No: [protected]-is stuck since days, and there's just no update from their side. I've already emailed them more than 100 times, and still not a single proper reply!

Their so-called "customer support" is a joke; nobody replies, nobody updates the tracking, and they don't even bother to call the customer. This is the worst courier service I have ever seen.

Even the seller, Printster, has been following up, yet XpressBees is completely ignoring both o[censored]s. If they can’t make the deliveries, they need to shut down their service rather than wasting customers' time and money.

This company really should be held accountable for such carelessness and irresponsibility.

Currently, I am planning to take this up with the National Consumer Forum if the parcel is not delivered or refunded shortly.
