I have placed an order from Ajio app accidently and it got shipped through xpressbees delivery service. Today, i got this call from the delivery agent for this delivery and i asked him to cancel the order since it was placed by mistake. He told me that it will affect his performance so i have to accept the order and return it. I refused to accept the order and he handed over the phone to someone else, who claimed to be an office staff in your office. He forced me to accept the product for a long time and i refused. He called me multiple times and forced me to accept it again and again. I refused and hung up the call. Later, he called again and questioned me regarding this. He asked me why i placed this order and why can't i accept and return. I hung up again.
He called me again and told that they'll send a code to cancel the item so that i have to share it with them. He used abusive language while he was cutting the call.
Later, i got this call from the delivery agent again asking for confirmation on the cancellation. The delivery agent was on his best behaviour so i don't have any complaints against him.
But this person who claimed to be their office staff was having an unprofessional behaviour and he also forced a customer to accept the product.
