Xpressbees Logistics — Delivery boy misbehave and denying delivery to my house from last 6 days

I have ordered a product through xpressbees courier service awd Number:[protected] on 26/12/22, handover to courier on 28/12/22 and expected delivery was 3rd January2023.
on 4/01/23, without coming to my house or building delivery boy was asking delivery code about my product.i told him to come to my house and deliver then he denied. I called him repeatedly but he didnot respond to my phone and he didnt came to deliver my order.
when i called customer service they respond me that delivery boy came to my house but i didnt open the door. This kind of fraud behaviour is unacceptable. On the website, it is showing the customer not available.Next day again i have connected the delivery boy by phone call.in this phone call delivery boy refused to deliver my product in my doorstep.
still the parcel hasn't been delivered and I have called the customer service many times and they said everytime that they will deliver it by nextday but still have not received my parcel and have given fake reason on the website that the customer not available, this is completely fraud remark done by xpressbess because no one come to Delivery Also i didn't received any call from the delivery person.Really the most pathetic courier service i have ever seen.kindly look into this matter and deliver my parcel as soon as possible.
