I am writing to formally report a serious grievance regarding Order 64361, AWB- [protected] placed with Rashki on 25th April 2025, which was assigned for delivery via Xpressbees courier.
Order Details:
• Order Date: 25th April 2025
• Courier Partner: Xpressbees
• Scheduled Delivery Date: 2nd May 2025
• Actual Delivery Date: 9th May 2025
• Items Ordered: 2 Bags (including one premium bag worth ₹4, 000)
Issues Faced:
1. Delay Without Intimation:
Despite tracking showing that the parcel had reached the final destination hub, the package was not delivered on the committed date (2nd May). I contacted Xpressbees on 3rd May, and only then was I informed about an internal “manpower issue”. There was no prior communication or update, and the parcel remained undelivered for 7 days, despite multiple follow-ups from my side.
2. Unprofessional Delivery:
On the day of delivery (9th May), the delivery agent called me. I requested that the parcel be delivered to my home directly since I was available. However, he refused, citing that his bike had a starting issue, and left the parcel with the security guard without my consent.
3. Missing Item – Suspected Fraud by Courier:
When I received the parcel, I noticed it was unusually lightweight. I had ordered two bags, one of which was a large, heavy bag worth ₹4, 000. I recorded an unboxing video, which clearly shows that only one bag was inside, and the more expensive one was missing.
I immediately contacted Rashki, and shockingly, they insisted that both items were marked as delivered. They also revealed that similar complaints have been received from other customers involving the same courier partner.
My Complaint:
This is a clear case of fraud and negligence on the part of Xpressbees and/or its delivery personnel. The missing item was either stolen during transit or deliberately not delivered. This behavior is completely unacceptable and qualifies as criminal misappropriation of goods under the Indian Penal Code.
This experience has caused considerable stress and raises serious concerns about the integrity of the delivery process.
I request the following:
1. Immediate investigation for the missing item.
2. Disciplinary and legal action against the responsible courier agent involved in this delivery.
3. A written apology and assurance that this kind of incident will not be repeated.
4. Compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused to me as a paying customer.
If I do not receive a resolution within 7 days, I will be forced to escalate this matter by filing an official complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and explore legal action under IPC for theft and breach of trust.
