Xpressbees Logistics — muscleblaze whey protein from healthkart was not delivered on time | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I have placed an order for muscleblaze whey protein through healthkart via order number hkm[protected] for rs. 4, 799/- and the same was shipped to me on 13th november under awb number[protected] via xpressbees courier company. The product reached chennai branch on 17th november and till now the same has not been delivered to me. When i contacted xpressbees customer care, they provided me the contact number of mr. Mandal ([protected]), who is taking care of chennai region. I have been calling mr. Mandal since 17th november and he has been giving reasons for not delivering the product like "no manpower, heavy rain (Even though it was not raining), will be delivered tomorrow for sure". Mr. Mandal is not even bothered to get in touch with me if there is any delay and ultimately i have to call him on a daily basis to get these updates. The courier company have been updating on their registry that i have requested for a future delivery. On 22nd i was promised by mr. Mandal that the product will be delivered for sure by 3pm but so far the same has not been delivered and when i try to reach mr. Mandal on phone, he is not answering the call and disconnecting it. The issue was highlighted to healthkart customer care on 21st november and got update that the issue will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. I would like to bring this issue to the concerned authorities and would like to ensure that this is not repeated for any other customers. please share my courier status
I received a message that my item is out for delivery on 20th Nov 2018, received a call from agent that it will be delivered today. but it was not deliver. again i received a message my item is out for delivery, still it was not received till today i.e. 21st Nov 2018.
