Xpressbees Logistics — No response from delivery man regarding my parcel

Address: zolo elan ajantha avenue - jam jam rental agency, Kottivakkam kuppam puram Rd, Venkatesapuram,chennai, Tamil Nadu 600041

This complaint is regarding my product which has not be delivered till now As i have provided proper address, but last update which i received from xpressbees On Monday, 11th Apr 2022 at 07.42 PM that my Address is incomplete.

i also want to include that delivery man is not responding to my call.one time he picked the call and said that parcel is not with him. if my parcel is not with him then how can i get my parcel. i am not getting any update from their side

payment has been already done online.As i have order clothes from urbanic.
