Xpressbees Logistics — Not getting my product since 6 days

Dear sir/Madam,

This is Tarak Mehta from Ahmedabad. My shipment no is[protected].
Last week I received a message from Xpressbees courier that I will get my product on 4/11/2016. In addition to that, I track the shipment number which shows that my product is reached at Ahmedabad but till today, even though I couldn't get my product.

So it's my humble request to send my product as soon as possible.
