Xpressbees Logistics — paid for the fake shipment i didn't order (awb no [protected])

On 24th august 2019) at 6 pm i received a call from xpressbee delivery boy that he has some courier as i was not in the office, i asked him to drop it. He said it's cod, i asked him details, he said he has no idea, than i asked him to wait as it would take me 5 min to reach. The boy asked me to come one nearby location where he would handed me the packet. He met me at suggested location and ask me to paytm him the amount of 1000 rs as company scanner was not working according to him. Since i ordered few items from snapdeal and amazon, i thought it is one of those article and paid him 1000 rs by paytm (Screenshot attached). He haded over me packet, i opened it in front of him as i found it suspicious. There was cheap plastic shoe in it which won't not be more than 100 rs. I told him i did not order it from anywhere. Delivery boy said that u give return request. I told him, "but i don't who to request as it don't have sender details". The delivery boy gave his senior no virender bora. I called virender bora (Ph:[protected] and reported him all incident. He said he also can't find any details of sender as these orders comes in bulk. I was surprised as every company have datails of the origin or vendor who send courier. He asked me to call customer care. I also tracked through awb no on xpressbee website and found that there is no details of shipping person.
I wrote them mails to which they have only answer that they are bound by contract with sender and i need to contact sender. And they are not even giving details of sender but only some name baba. I don't know who the hell is baba and inver placed any order through them.
I paid to xpresbee delivery boy and now it seems it's a big scam where xpressbee individuals are also involved
