Xpressbees Logistics — Product did not reach the destination(Missing Product) | |
On July 14, I sent my personal shipment from xpressBees Logistics.It was supposed to deliver with in a week but my product didn't delivered to the destination due to their unnecessary reasons.Instead of contacting to the customer they just cancel the delivery daily.Their delivery person didnot even contact to the customer once. After that, i have got the message their delivery is failed and the product will returned back to me within a week. After waiting for almost 10 days which is more than their committed delivery days, I have contacted them but i didnot get any response from their side.I tried calling them so many times.They said we are checking and we will let you know. But They again didnot contacted me, I contacted them again they said the product is delivered to you two days ago. I have told them i have not get anything here but they continuously denying me and asked me to check here. After two days i called them again they said you have picked your product from our warehouse. This is literally a ridiculous thing to say to a customer, As a customer we dont have this much knoweledges of warehouses and all.I dont even know where their warehouse is located how can i pick my product from there?? After arguing alot, they just hang up my call and did nothing. i dont even know where my product is.Its been a month my product is missing.Its very expensive and very important for me.They just lost it like anything. The courier service of XpressBees is very bad.Even after doing mistake they dont even accept it and solve it.. Was this information helpful? | |
