I live out of India and when the delivery agent came to deliver my mother who is close to 70 tried to reach over call for OTP and could not get
through for some network issues. The product was pre-paid though. He really misbehaved with my mother, did not even wait for 2 minutes.
He literally threatened my mother saying "I am taking this delivery and you will never get it". This is how customer service works?
His audacity and he speaks to an aged person like that when there was a genuine issue.
