Xpressbees Logistics — Rude and irresponsible courier guys | |
A package from FirstCry.com was supposed to be delivered today, and I get calls twice at 2.43PM, which I was not in a position to pick up due to work. I call back this number at exactly 3.00PM, and this guy says he is from the courier company. I made sure there is someone at home, and the address is pretty clear, as I have 100s of other courier guys delivering packages to my address. He had the audacity to ask what I was doing, as I was supposed to be waiting for the package delivered. He could have simply said we will attempt again or will send back. He was rude from the word go, saying that no can't deliver, you should have picked up the call. I am sure he couldn't have been any farther than 2-3Kms in 17mins. I drive in Bengaluru and I know what the traffic is like in my city. Dear XpressBees please not I am not waiting for any charity from you are your delivery boys, in fact your organization exist and will (may) continue to exist due to customers like us. My life doesn't revolve around the schedule of your courier guys, hope some sense prevails you deal strictly with such unprofessional employees. Was this information helpful? | |

I had a similar experience and have realized that the courier guy was never planning on coming to deliver your product. The whole thing was an excuse to change your delivery schedule. Its a scam by the delivery boys who have found an easier alternative to delivering your product. I got an answer saying that my house is too far!
Xpressbees probably doesnt have a clue what is happening or its a cheap tactic being taught to the delivery boys to not work hard but still get paid.
I've cancelled my product today after 5 days of waiting. Hope things work better for you buddy!
