Xpressbees delivering headache.. Xpressbees one of worst courier company, if they cant deliver item why they accept order of delievery from paytm. My paytm order id is[protected] & Xpressbees shipment id is[protected] Now my shipment is missrouted 7 dont know when i will get my order, not sure i will get or not. As per the update from our client , the said shipment[protected] was canceled as you found a better deal else where hence it was returned to the origin.

Finally cancelled order as didn't get any good response & solution to resolve complaint from Xpressbess & paytm.

Similar problem here...my order from Jabong, through xpressbees still hasn't reached me and has been labelled as misrouted, despite calling them and clearing all kinds of doubts. One of the customer care person wasn't even able to speak properly, let alone address the problem. Is this how management is run in this place?..
