Xpressbees Logistics — Status showing as customer wants open delivery

More than a week item reached my area. But not delivered. Now suddenly I got message that, not fulfill as the customer wants open delivery. I don't know what is this open delivery scheme. Didn't receive any call or person.

It's been more than a week parcel reached my area but not delivered .I got msg that . not fulfill as u want a open dilevery.they not even called for receiving parcel.. please kindly deliver my parcel as soon as possible

I am facing the same problem, "not fulfill as the customer wants open delivery". What the heck is this. Nobody has contacted me neither the customer service is responding. I am pretty sure, many o[censored]s must be facing this problem. So in case, somebody knows how to resolve this issue please let us know. Thank you in advance.

Same here, I purchased Derma Roller from Negony.com, I received the product and also paid to the delivery boy but I received two time call from customer care that you have received your product or not, I said that I received the product and already paid. Again I checked the status by AWB number of Xpress Bee, Its showing there Customer Wants Open Delivery. I don't konw what the hell is going.

It's been more than a week that the product had reached my town... But they are showing I wanted open delivery. I've no idea about what open delivery is... Just 3rd class service

Facing the same Problem of open delivery request when I didn't make one...I don't know why they are doing this...I mean comeon i[censored] don't wanna deliver the product just say...we r not taking it for free...so what is this wasting of time of both o[censored]s...I will just order the product from somewhere else...worst service ever...bloody liers...
