Dear sir where is my shipment awb number [protected]

Since no proper response from the Customer Care email service.
Even i tried cald many times from Mar 21st to till date, but Customer executives are without proper information, just simply wasting my time on call.
Hence escalating my issue to you.
XXXXXXXXXXX is my AWB number, my product shipped from Punjab on Mar 13 and reached the final delivery station on Mar 18th, till now i have not received my product. Whenever...

I had placed an order through Meesho which was to be delivered by 23rd March. They had assigned Xpressbees as delivery partner. But my order is still in Bangalore since 18th March and I have not yet received the package. While tracking the package, the final destination is showing up as Kannur, even though it should be Malappuram, Kerala and pincode is 676304. Please resolve the issue at the earliest and deliver the order instead of trying...

The Status of my Order AWB NUMBER :[protected] has not been Updated and has been Stuck at the Same Place since the Past 5 Days. So, Kindly Resolve this issue and Deliver it to me Today Itself as it is Really Urgent.

Xpressbees messaged me ([protected]) today (19.03.2024) evening "we regret to inform you that your shipment was not delivered as you want open delivery for AWB [protected]. In order to proceed with the necessary verification, we kindly request you to provide our delivery executive with the following OTP..."
(1) I did not wanted open delivery. why then such self-made story?
(2) No delivery man approched me or my representative ([protected]) for giving OTP. From which point shipment was not delivered or the reason behind?
(3) Is a scam to dupe the customer?
Kindly make enquiry and arrange to deliver my cosignment urgently.

A delivery agent from XpressBees picked my return order from Tata cliq on 2 March 2024.

24 hours later my pickup attempt is still showing unsuccessful on the tata cliq app. I have tried contacting customer care for both the companies but their automated customer service number has no option for my type of complaint. I want to a person but i don't know who to call, where to go.
The order was worth 1700 Rs and I am not going to lose it, so do something about it or give me a number to talk to a person.

AWB - [protected] | XpressBees, marked the product as delivered yesterday morning, till now not delivered the parcel. No proper response when I contacted them over phone and mail

Unfortunately, I must bring to your immediate attention a distressing incident that transpired earlier today involving a fraudulent parcel delivery through Xpressbees and the subsequent theft of a significant amount of money.

This morning, I received a parcel purportedly from Xpressbees, but upon inspection, it became glaringly evident that it was part of a fraudulent scheme. Enclosed with this email are the details outlining the fraudulent parcel and its contents for your perusal.

In addition to this fraudulent delivery, I am deeply saddened to inform you that a substantial sum of money has been unlawfully taken from our account in connection with this deceitful activity. Attached herewith are the transaction details relating to this regrettable incident.

So I am requesting you to take an action to against the company “SHREEJI FASHION CARE” and currier company “Xpressbees NUMBER [protected]" they both are playing a game of cheating in our India and me.
Also I am requesting to help me to get back my money Rs. 856 from Currier Company. Because I am giving this money to the Currier company delivery person. I am attaching my mail for your reference which I have sent to this company and Currier Company.

Xpressbees stole a major portion of my shipment during transit. Even after providing the packing, loading and unpacking videos, they are denying any action or reimbursement for the losses to us.

My order was supposed to be delivered on 23rd Jan 2024, but it was marked cancelled due to my refusal to accept the delivery. I had contacted the customer care executive to get it delivered on 24th, but on 24th as well, it was marked cancelled due to my refusal. I had to contact them again and they assured me that it will be delivered on 25th, but the same thing happened on 25th as well. on 25th, they asked for 1 more day to deliver my order. today, on 26th, my order has been returned to origin, and the customer care executive is saying that it was returned to origin on 23rd itself. they have been misleading me since 2 days, stating that my order will be delivered. their delivery executive did not contact me or show up to my place to deliver the order. their customer executive named Prajakta is extremely rude and unprofessional and said to me " aap hi bol lo aapko bolne ka bohot shaunk hai" while I was explaining the grievances I faced. She has not provided me with any redressal. xpressbees has wasted my time, provided deficient services and harassed me mentally.
They are not even responding over email.
My right to information, right to acknowledgement, right to be heard and right to seek redressal have been violated here.

The product picked up from my home with AWB [protected] has not reached the destination that is Bangalore’s Levis warehouse. It is in transit in bangalore since 5days. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

I ordered the product from Navshtri where XpressBees was the shipping partner. The product was delivered to me on 14th Jan and I put the return request on the same day itself. But I haven't received any response from Navshtri. The contact number mentioned on their website is also wrong because it is saying out of service. I contact on their email and it's been 4 days they haven't initiated return request yet and no information on when it will be initiated and when it will be picked. I am not getting any alternatives to reach out to them.
