Hello,

I had contacted to Xpressbees customer care. They said that they were providing the delivery today (21st November 2024) by 8 pm. But product was not delivered to me. Customer service executives provided the fake promises.

I hope after this complaint I get my product.
Tracking I'd is [protected].

Please help me to get my product. Xpressbees is not taking responsibility to deliver the order. Now it's a week.

    Respected sir
    I ordered TVS NTORQ parts on TVS online android app, on 26th September 24 (AWB NO .[protected] ) . Due to my personal problem, i cancelled the parcel on the same day. But until now the parcel didn't reach back to TVS bangaluru head quarter. Expressbees, when contacted via customer care, didn't clarify the whole situation. In their website, it's still showing "RETURN TO ORIGINAL TRANSIT".
    Therefore, it's my humble request to you so that u take fast action against this online fraud. I am from West Bengal, and the parcel destination is Bengaluru. See the pics below for confirmation.

      My order was to be delivered by Xpressbees Logistics ( Delhi ) on the 16th of October, 2024 as stated on the website. For the past 3 days the order is shown to be in transit. It is the night of 17th today and still the order is in transit. It was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday itself. Please address the issue as this is highly unprofessional.

        I have ordered book from DelhiBookMarket.com on 28 september, 2024 who shipped the package via XpressBees Logistics courier. The shipment is stuck at one place as shown in the shipment tracking. The tracking id of the shipment is - [protected]. The estimated delivery date was 3rd october, 2024. After making thousands of calls to the customer care of XpressBees, no call has been answered or received. I got no help from the Delhi Book Market as well.

          Its been 10days since dispatched from seller. still it is on hold with them upon calling they say that with 2days it will be delivered. I see that in site the status is misrouted! what in the name they are doing logistics I am not getting. this is the second time its happenning to me. no call no sms and moreover they are not at all telling complete address to at least go and pickup. very sick and worrying about my package.[protected]

            .My estimated delivery was on 8 th of September. My parcel was out of delivery from 9 th of September .The delivery guy called and checked for my availability on 9 th of September, I confirmed my availability .But today when I was tracking for my shipment my delivery got marked for a deferred delivery when I never requested for it instead I requested the delivery guy to delivery my parcel as soon as possible. The delivery guy even blocked me.

              Delaying the order

              I made a purchase from Firstcry.com and they have chosen Xpressbees as the delivery partner. The product is expected with AWB[protected]nis expected to be delivered on 9 September 2024 but still there is no signs of delivery and as per my experience this order too will be returned without my consent for sure.
              Previously I have faced similar multiple issues from Xpressbees where the delivery guy didn't even tried to contact/deliver...

              Parcel was supposed to be delivered on 1 September 2024. Then it was updated to be delivered by 4th Sep. Now today evening I get an update via mail stating the parcel is out for delivery.

              While waiting for the parcel to arrive, at 8:30 pm I get a message on Whatsapp that the delivery person is waiting at my address. Then in a second I get a second message stating that " shipment not delivered as i wanted the delivery later", when I was still waiting at my home for the delivery.

              What kind of nonsense is this? Then when i tried to call the delivery person, they did not pickup my call. Such disappointing behavior by the "leading shipping company". Now the tracking link is showing that the delivery will be done by 6th September.

              Please deliver my parcel at the earliest. Also no point in sending them mails, they won't respond to anything, waste of time.

                Hello Sir, My Shipment AWB NUMBER : [protected] Has not been Delivered to me Since the Last 15 Days, The Delivery Boy is Constantly Refusing to Deliver my Order Even though the Status Shows "Out for Delivery", The Delivery boy is also showing Rude Behavior Towards me and ignoring all Calls when i started Enquiring About the Order, Now the Delivery boy is Saying that my Package has been Lost and that he will not Deliver my Order no Matter what... So, Kindly Resolve this issue and Deliver my Order as Soon as Possible.

                  The Order was despatched by Metllory Trends via XpressBees AWB number [protected]. the courier reached Rudrapur, Uttarakhand-263153 by 25th July 2024. and tracking showed OUT FOR DELIVERY for the complete day. At around 6pm i got the whatapp message from the XpressBees team that " Courier cannot be delivered because it has been rescheduled". on calling customer care they only had the response that they have escalated the matter and courier will be delivered next day.
                  The same thing happened next day with whatapp that courier is out for delivery and in the evening the same message that it was not delivered due to rescheduling. on further contacting the customer care the same answer was there that they have escalated and they are sorry for delay.
                  Again today same cycle repeated. I have received 3 ticket numbers from the customer care of Xpressbees for the same problem:[protected], 25842070,[protected].
                  I am attaching following: order details of Metllory Trends, snapshot of whatapp from Xpressbeas for order being out for delivery and then being rescheduled for 25-7, 26-07,[protected].
                  These services should be penalised for torturing the customers and also at the same time playing with their emotions by hanging them in middle of nowhere. I would recommend to take a seriuos action on such compaines.

                    I have Sent a shipment on 11 July from delhi to Mumbai through Porter services . porter would sent my shipment through xpressbees. I have to notify that since 11 july there is no tracking update on my shipment

                        We sent the package to the buyer on Mar 06, 2024 12:42 containing 3 pcs of Raymond Gift Packs the shipment was tampered with during transit and 1 piece has been stolen out of 3 from the box and then the box was repacked with the cello tape. the buyer did also raised the concern at the time of delivery but FE delivered it and asked to contact the seller.
                        The packaging video and image of the sent product are attached herewith so that you can verify that 3 pcs were packaged and sent to the buyer and the package weight was 4595 gms. The buyer didn't make the unboxing video as she is a 70-year-old lady and is not very familiar with technology her son who is an NRI ordered the products for a marriage function at home, but she opened the package in front of the FE and also complained about the missing product to the FE, you can confirm the same with him. we also spoke with FE on phone no. [protected] and he confirmed over the call that only 2 pcs were present inside the box at the time of delivery. the call recording is attached for your reference.                             I ordered some books from a online website. Which was shipped through xpressbees on 4th April, till now it hasn't been delivered to me.
                            20/04 : it should out for delivery but in the Evening I got a massage that you refused to receive. I have contacted their customer care 2 times.They just say it will be delivered soon .
                            The delivery guy straight up rejected calls.
