I had an order from nykaa, which was supposed to be delivered on 14th nov through this useless courier service but still, i haven't received my parcel nor any calls from the delivery agents. Such useless they are..! Without calling how could they update that the client is unavailable and so that the delivery attempt is failed? How could it be possible that two working numbers are not working? My numbers are not working only for them???...

AWB:[protected] is not yet delivered and I have spoken multiple times to the customer care. Delivery is not being attempted but they update the status like customer unavailability. I am present at the address 24/7 and there has been no trace that the delivery executive came to deliver. They did not reach me over phone as well. My product weights 50grams and they are charging me in the slab of 1000gm, when they raised an issue for it, I added pictures to show yet they deducted freight charges for 1000gm. So now i almost paid 500+ extra rupees and those pathetic fraudsters have no proof that my products weight 1000gm.

We received a courier from xpressbees. We had no clue who sent it and it was COD.
We tried enquiring if we can open the courier by the delivery guy did not allow us to open the courier. He insisted on paying 1499.
We had to pay the amount to receive the courier.

There was no return address.
The shirt inside the package was torn and there was no label. We did not even order the shirt.

I have been following up for my shipment for the entire week and I have been bluffed by the company by giving incorrect statements and messages such as I have refused to accept the shipment and the company cancels the shipment to delivered it to my address.

I have been waiting for the package, after speaking to the customer support once they commit that the package will be delivered within 24 hours.

My parcel was pickup on 17-10-22, but its[protected] days running) till now I can't track my parcel. While tracking its showing, "no data found". What a courier service is that and I don't know where my parcel is lying at present.
Customer service contact number is also not working. This is the first time i got bad experience with this XpressBees courier service....

Hi,

My parcel has not delivered yet. Its mentioned my parcel will be delivered on October 13th, now it's October 16th. As per the transit status it reached Chennai on October 13th. It reached my location but still not delivered. Iam so disappointed with this delivery service, can't even able to contact customer service. Deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

Xpressbees representative (i.e, Sanjay Kothari) had wrongly delivered shipment with AWB no.[protected] at my residential address on 27 June 2022. A sum of INR 1, 992 was paid to him through Google pay. His mobile number is [protected].
