No water always...

No water...

My complaint is about the daily water shortage in xrbia Eiffel city chakan Pune. There are so many families and people are staying in this locality. For the last 2 weeks, continuous shortage of water occurs. They cut the water every morning and sometimes the water comes early night. This is a huge problem. Occurs every day.also occurred today morning ( from 11.45 am 5 February 2023). Kindly look into this problem and provide us a solution....

Started deducting money from October 2018, till covid they were refunding the amount, after that they have stop refunding it, on questioning they were giving false information that's why we demanded on emails, they had promised us to refund the amount then too they didn't refund it, now we r in legal battles...

Dear sir,
I am having following questions
1. if I suppose the possession date is march 2020 as per the agreement, if I add 18 months to this date it comes to Sept 21, then on which basis you are saying the date is march 23 ???
2. why your staff Mamta didn't respond to my mail and after that 6 reminders ???
3. why xrbia didn't inform the customers about the change in the possession date by mail, call, or letter...

We were supposed to get possession in Mar 2020 but it’s two years up and we haven’t received possession. Similarly we had done upfront payment of the entire amount in 2014 itself. As per agreement we can lawfully demand full refund of our principal plus interest but we are not receiveing any response from builder. When we file a complaint for Conciliation in RERA it goes to the promoter for acceptance and they are not agreeing for conciliation....

I am the owner of C5-304, Eiffel city, Xrbia. My flat handover is almost 4 years delayed. I have made more than 100 calls and 50 msgs ( I ahve proof) in last 6 months but there is no response from any of them. I have been patient all this while but now it seems they are purposely ignoring it for the reason best known to them. Before I go to any other forum I am trying to reach the team from here so that they direct it to the right person....

I have a flat booked in the Warai project of Xtbia in F1 - 304.

It is delayed by multiple years. There is no news or update. F1 304 has been in the same status as it was 2 years ago.

From the people, we were in touch with most of the people have left the organization. No one answers the Sanpada office.

I was working in Xrbia (Eiffel developers and Realtors Ltd.) from 5th Apr to 5th Jun 2019. On 5th Jun 2019 HR head called and asked to leave job and don't come back to argue for reason and salary. I know that my all 4 sites which had under my supervision have lots o[censored]nusual movement & fraud by project team which was highlighted by me and respected team maybe affected...

Fot that i am trying to contact xrbai team but every time their contact person is changed and not receiving proper reply from them, also have marked mail also but still not received reply on that too.

Have purchase flat in building D2 212 ON DEC 2015, reciving call for demand draft from xrbia office, whenever ask for the possession they reply me to check the agreement and in agreement its mension 2020 will be passession now its 2022 again reciveing call for demand draft and the same i ask for passession they revert me that you will handed key in august 2022 but now i m trying to call them the no which is reflecting on google is wrong no...

I have taken possesion last year in April 2021 and after much negotiation I was told to pay coprpus amount which the builder would save for making society and also advance 2 years maintenance charge.
Hardly one year went by the 3rd party facillity management company managed by the builder XRBIA has started demanding additional amount/

the amount earlier decided for two years was Rs 3 per sq feet/ Now the horrible company...

Why did not your team did the needful why was i not informed cause of your delay.

Owner of D4 - 108, warai project. Haven't got the possession till date which was promised in 2016. In MahaRera they have mentioned 2020. I invested in that property during the initial phases of my job so all my major savings are there. I have paid in full and still no news about the possession. Can someone help? Fed up of going there and only having arguments....

I bought a flat in 2014 in c8 xrbia warai.they promised me to give possession in december2016.
And also that I will have swimming pool near my premise other than club house..and so on.and as all know they changed the plan with high rise buildings which were not in actual plan.they just call for their instalments only and other access is not available .
Iwas very much confident at the time of buying but they proved themselves...

I have flat in xrbia chakan phase 2 in C3. While booking, they promised 24 emis will be credited.I have proper and official email communication from them as well ! Intitialy, after three emis they stopped crediting. After rigorous follow up they adjusted some amount in balance payment but still emi amount is pending from their side. No proper response from xrbia team neither they reply properly on the email. please tell me where i will get...

I booked flat in 2016 and have done all payments. Since 2017 I am paying loan emi which is more than 8 thousand. Plus I am staying on rent. There is no information on possession, compensation, etc. I visited the site and it is in deplidated condition. Which means the possession might not be possible for another 3-4 years. Till that time I am paying interest on bank loan + rent.

I want all my money back from this builder +...
