I booked a flat xrbia ambi in 2016. still not get possession . xrbia ia notreponding my cancellation mail.
i want my money back . i paid 99% of the amount . very disappotened .
I have no home to live . i have no money to eat Ii WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT XRBIA TEAM IS NOT RESPONDING.

I have booked flat in Xrbia Warai project in year 2014.I have already paid 90% of my total flat cost Till date.There is no sign of possession from Xrbia. They are simply delay the project without any communication.

I am already contacting xrbia they told this december they will provide possession.Still there is no sign of completion of project.Now HDFC also holding disbursement for not completing construction up to mark.

Is this Fraud Developer?

I Have Buy to House in XRBIA ABODE Unit No D-2 601. My agreement value is 777777 and I have already paid agreement plus tax Rs- 822370.

And you have charge interest for 76, 726. But I have paid payment for time to time.

So Kindly Reverse interest charge applicable and after interest reversible there will not payable amount for my side.

Please Look this matter As soon as possible.

I resides in Xrbia phase 2 Eiffel City CHAKAN pune. Building noA2, flat No.604.
My complaint is regarding water lekage from ceeling and sevage pipe in washroom from above floor. Its about 3 weeks i had complaint to the maintainence department of Xerbia but not a single person taking initiate for that. Each and everytime false commitment. Its very bad to enter in washroom when all water leakage drop on your body. Please help me from this as soon as possible else next step i need to go for customer court as i am helpless. So please take a step ASAP.

I had booked a flat in vangani unit no j4 in 2017. The possession of the flat was promised for this year. I have taken loan from india bulls finance anf paying them pemi & i pay a rent of 11000/-. I need my flat so to shift with my family there please

I have purchased a flat in xrbia eiffel city chakan - phase 2 under 24 months emi scheme where xrbia has promised to pay emi of 24 months starting from october 2019 till september 2021. They have paid emi till march 2020 but from april 2020 i didn't get a single emi. Whenever i took follow up for this either they didn't pick up the call or didn't respond properly and suppose they have picked up, answer i am getting as first i need to pay pending emi and share the statement with them then they will pay those emi amounts to my account. It is very difficult for me to pay pending 6 months emi before getting it from xrbia then also i have managed somehow and paid 3 months emi in august 2020 but still, they didn't pay that to me and now they are running away from their responsibility saying that they have put the scheme on hold. How can i pay all those emi in the current situation? If you are promising to pay then it's your responsibility to complete it otherwise you shouldn't have made such fake promise. Everyone is facing issues in this current pandemic situation but this is not the way to behave. I am also facing financial problems.

Kindly look into this and solve my issue on priority.

In November, 2015 I had booked a Villa R-53 with Xrbia Builders and by July, 2016 I had paid 90% of the cost of the Villa., based on the request given by the builder, and promising the possession in December, 2016. Thereafter, I have been following up with all the officials of the builder, and the accountant, but was always getting promises that the possession will be given in December, 2017 and then in June, 2018 and so on and till date I have not received the Possession of the Villa nor have I received any replies to My various emails sent to the builder.
I am looking for refund of the amount paid with Interest @8% as I am fed up of waiting for the possession.

This is the third consecutive month, i haven't received my pemi amount. Tried to call, sent mail but no response.

Havent received the refund yet and rm sheetal, shubangi and kishore are not answering the calls

I have a flat in ambi and I have letter from.xrbia stating I ll receive the refund til i get possession however today is 20th of the month yet I have not received the refund
Mr kishore HINDGAONKAR is avoiding the call not replying to the messages
I am asking for my money and Xrbia is not refunding the amt every month on time.
Worst builder and service as well.

Kindly look into My concern regarding Unit Number G-8 010 which is in ADF Scheme but still getting calls for EMI deduction from L&T collection - Miss. Priyanka. She communicated there is an outstanding amount of 1660 Rs. + Interest total will increase on daily basis currently it is 1900 + Rs.
Even tried to get in touch with Relationship manager Miss Mayuri even Her number is not Contactable.
Need resolution as it was a clear communication from your side that in ADF EMI starts after possession and for that we have to pay 2 Lac's extra which is already been done.
Why getting call for Payment and L&T has no update on my case ?

I had purchased 2bhk flat in xrbia chakan. Xrbia chakan offered us scheme of 2 years emi in which xrbia had promised us to deposit 24 emi to our account. But last three months xrbia hadnt depositet single rs. No one is picking call. No any response. Customer care number not working. Please help me to solve this issue

I have booked flat in xrbia warai on may-2016 but still i havent received possession after 4 years. I am paying almost more that 4 lacs pre-emi and i think this is my loss and fully wastage of money with xrbia.

When i try to contact customer care and other contacts which we received while booking and that contact number not exists and not reachable.

This is regarding possession of my flat no d-6/408 at warai neral which is booked on september 2016 but not given possession of the flat till date. I was informed that the possession will be handed over in the month of march 2020

At the time of booking we were assured to get the possession in the year 2018 but there is no correspondence from the builder side and their contact numbers are also changed with no intimation to us
