Require Refund of booking Amount 1, 84, 587 RS. After deduction 50, 000 cancellation charges CRM TEAM IS ASKING ME TO WAIT FOR 6 months which is not mentioned in TnC if your charging a heavy penalty of 50, 000 then refund should be immediate why to wait for 6 months without any reason and get our money stucked this is not even mentioned in your TnC

Hi, i have booked my flat in a3-206 in oct 2016 with confirmation of possession in dec 2017 which was also mentioned in agreement but even after a year, there is no firm date of possession and every time it's a new date... Also xrbia is not yet agreed to pay the interest charges which is due to xrbia delay... I am not in position to absorb the interest charges, so it has to be pay by xrbia from the agreement possession date to actual date....

I have booked a flat in k2 building 2 and half years ago and i was promised possession in 2017 december.. Then they kept fooling around delaying the possession and promising the same every 4 months. I was finally informed that i will get possession for my building in december 2018 but as expected there is no update on the same.. They haven't issued and newsletter on the construction since july 2018. Also there is no relationship manager assigned for me. Eveytime i get calls for the payment but noone has information about the status of construction.. Such terrible customer care service. I am fed up with xrbia and wish to withdraw my money. Kindly inform the procedure.

I'm holding a flat in xrbia eiffel city chakan e1-207. I've booked the flat on november 2015 and was promised that we will get the possession by 31st december 2017 and still waiting for the same.

I had made registration of e1 207 at eiffel city chakan. Yet the flat is not handed over to me but pre emi is debited from my bank account. As per discussion with ajesh & reema madam i sent the bank monthly statements for cutting of pre emi from my account on customer care e mail id in april 2018 but yet no one has replied me. I'd request you to credit me the pre emi amounts to me & provide me with the compensation for the loss that we have incurred due to the delay and to take actions on the persons who delayed.

I'm holding a flat in xrbia eiffel city chakan c1-510. I've booked the flat on november 2015 and was promised that we will get the possession by 31st december 2017 and still waiting for the same.

I'd request you to provide me with the compensation for the loss that we have incurred due to the delay. I'll also drag you guys to the consumer court for such false promises.

I'm really disappointed by the services given to me from xrbia. I won't recommend anyone to buy a flat in xrbia. It really sucks!!!

I have booked my flat in vangani project in the month of April-2016 but due to personal issue i have cancelled my flat after that there is only date which they are giving by saying you will get refund amount soon I don't know today almost 3 years has been passed but still I didn't receive refund amount and when i was book flat that time on booklet it was mentioned that 25000/- is cancellation amount but now as they are saying you will get refund amount after cancel 10% of agreement now where we will go, is this fraud things happens with us & making fool to the people, Xrbia is making fool please do not book any flat over there .

Xrbia not giving better services. I had visited in last week in xrbia and before that i had called one of your executive ms. Anita about my cc. I am transferring my loan in another finance. They committed that they will provide me later but last one week i am not getting my cc. No one help about the same. I am getting irritating about xrbia customer service. Staff behaving very rudely with us.
I feel that i have made a big mistake by buying a flat from you.

Despite been around 3 months of registration of the property we are not being issued noc, people don’t respond to email or phone as well.
We are been switched between different set of people in mumbai and pune and hope that there is no foul play here.
We have also provided all the payment receipts to concern people.
Need help in escalating this matter

Dear sir / madam

It is humble request n let me know why yr accounts department have not intimate me about interest. And not mailed me cancellation agreement.?

The day i sent mailed for cancellation my booking for the above property then the the day you sold the property. I request for all details i need for my record.

I also say that this property was not registered so any interest is not applicable.

When i contacted pune office mr. Rehan in from january 17 till march 17 several times on phone for my balance refund then why he directed me to speak to mr. Rajendra. Then when i spoke to him then he asked me mail all payment n refund detail then he directed sanpada accounts department.

When i started again follow up canada accounts department then ms. Trupti told me that they have sent all details for refund n told me that it will take 3 months.

There after when i am not getting my refund then she told me to submit all the payment n refund detail n cancellation cheque, this all documents i scanned n sent then i am getting one email that rs. 85000 will be refund soon.

But so far i have not received any single rupee out of my balance rs. 85000/-.

I again requesting for the copy of cancellation agreement and refund of rs. 85000/-.

I am holding a flat in chakan project if xrbia, a4 205. The agreement that was made in 2015 mentions that the possession of the flat will be done till dec 2017, but the possession is not still done.
I request you to go through it and provide me the compensation for the loss i have incurred due to this delay.

Myself Sayyed Rashid booked 1 BHK Luxury, B1-001 in Xrbia Neral Warai Project in October 2015 commitment of flat delivery was december 2017 still waiting for possession.

During the time of booking the sales representative clearly told me that possession will be given to me by December 2016. And when i enquiry after December 2016 they informed that possession will be in December 2017 but still waiting for final call from Xrbia, Now they saying that what possession date is in your agreement then i'll checked agreement as per our registered agreement, we were assured possession of our flat in 30 months from the date of agreement which is sept 2017. I took home loan for the same and paying interest for almost 3 years.

As we are unable to get possession on time we are facing a lot of issues as we have to stay on rent.

We request you to please help us by updating us with final possession date and even how you can financially help us in paying rental which we have to pay extra due to nonavailability of flat possession on time.

I booked a flat in Vangni Project L1 114 unit no. It is learnt from your Xrabia Sanpada Office that the approval for L1 building not yet got and giving option to shift another building. I am not interested to shift to another building. I would like to cancel my flat. Kindly let me know the procedure to cancel the flat and charges.

I have booked a flat c-611 in pre-launch of xrbia balewadi on last year march 2017. I have paid a total amount of rs.5, 56, 520.

Project launch was supposed to be on june 2017 but every time we called, the representative would say it has been delayed to next month. After several followups and repeated conversations, xrbia team responded that the launch is on hold as rera registeration is not yet done for the project.

Therefore, we cancelled our flat booking on 13th january 2018. Please find the scanned copy of the document attached.

Now, the refund is still pending from xrbia team. After repeated followups for refund, they have processed the part refund payment of rs.2, 75, 000 on april 2018.

Now, still refund of rs.2, 81, 520 is pending. I have made several email communications and also communicated with the concerned person azmat memon every 2 days but he is not able to answer when the refund will be processed.

I am very frustrated with xrbia team as they are not responding to my emails also.

I have flat at xrbia hinjewadi. Water and electricity issue there from beginning. I am totally fed-up with xrbia hijewadi facility. I have send several mails and talked to mumbai customercare, but response. When you complain, always they are telling sir it will fix today only. But this never happened from beginning. Also i am paying maintenance fees without failure and actually they took post dated cheque for maintenance. Now i am thinking my decision was wrong to byt flat from xrbia.

I have all number from facility, but looks like nobody working. I think it will help all new customers who wanted to buy flats from xrbia. You can buy flats easily from xrbia, but water and electricity issue there. This never resolved. Xrbia making a huge project, but don't know how it will work.

I own a flat in xrbia s hinjewadi project, pune. Currently, i stay away from pune as i am transferred to another city. I lodged a complaint regarding severe leakage of water from the top floor in to my flat on march 13th 2018 and gave my flat keys to the maintenance in-charge. I was informed that it would take 15 days to fix the problem, when i called them after 20 days to know the status, no one did respond to my initial calls. After repeated attempts, i was informed that they lost the i handed over to them and therefore they could not do any thing for that. Since it is almost 60 days that the problem is not addressed, i do not know what kind damage might have happened to the structure. Suggest what should be my next course of action in this situation

I have booked flat at xrbia vangani c3 building 024 1rk flat. Before purchase i got commitment from xrbia vanagni builder representative that they provide 100% pmay benefit. They will tell, they have tie-up with nationalize bank, even nationalize bank stall at construction site. But once you proceed with loan, book flat. No one will entertain you and bank will reject it pmay subsidy for this xrbia vangani project.
For this issue visited sanapada xrbia office\vangani project site more than 3 times but issue is same. No co-operation even you reach highest authority to pradeep (Head) or varad main cordinator.

I have booked 2 studio 1rk flat at xrbia developers ltd., balewadi project. Flat no b1302 and 1303. I have paid 3.45 lack as a token of 10% booking amount. But last one year after giving 4 time commitment of project launching still said project not launched and not geting proper response from builder after multiple time visit and various mail communication about refund of booking amount after cancellation of booking 2 months back. Please help. People in same problem can contact me on [protected] so that jointly we can take criminal and civil action against builder.

We book 1rk flat at xrbia developers ltd., balewadi project. Flat no b2711 total saleble area 309 sqft. We paid 1.40lack as a token of 10% booking amount. But last one year after giving 4 time commitment of project launching still said project not launch and not get proper response from builder after multiple time visit and various mail communication. Thats why launch complaint to you please support.

Please note i haven't received my possession docs nor receipts for the past 2 months. The team just keeps giving fake promises and has never delivered.
This is happening since the day we have booked the flat. Registration was delayed. Receipt are never unless we ask for. Flat is ready as per them but nothing was proper. Everytime u just complain on emails and have on call arguments. Even now i have been receiving msgs from the team that i will receive the papers soon.. Bt now it's almost 2 months.. And the beat part ia now they are not responding on calls.
