I have taken possesion last year in April 2021 and after much negotiation I was told to pay coprpus amount which the builder would save for making society and also advance 2 years maintenance charge.
Hardly one year went by the 3rd party facillity management company managed by the builder XRBIA has started demanding additional amount/

the amount earlier decided for two years was Rs 3 per sq feet/ Now the horrible company which is trying to fleece money from residents is wanting Rs 4.5 per sq feet with absolutely incomplete project. No proper housekeeping .No Clubhouse or any such amenities which was promised by builder/ And on top of that my two years of the money i have paid have not passed yet. XRBIA is a fraud and his bosses dont sit here /they have run away to the UK and his managers now are threateing to stop services/ This has to be come to the notice of the RERA and POLICE at chakan
