[Resolved] Xrbia — project incomplete at xrbia hinjewadi, nere dattawadi | |||
Builder deserted the project after giving the possession in May 2017. Till date he has not given the Amenities as published and written in Sales Agreement. Even Xrbia Builder till date has not provided drinking water to all its 3120 Flat Owners, due to which life of around 10, 000 people is at risk. Also during monsoon there are frequent land slide in the township and there is great risk to life of flat owners as buildings are build near the mountains with no safety. Even if they had not paid support staff salary and not responding on mail or calls, they placed guards /bouncers to office to throw the complainant out of office. what the govt. support such builders.
