[Resolved] Xrbia — Compensation for late possession | |
I muhammad wasim kadirna has booked a flat in xrbia neral in 2015, building k2 406 and the executive told me by 2016 of the year you will get possession of your flat. I had legal formalities in 2016 only such as agreement and loan Till now i have paid all the amount to xrbia as they used to call again and again for payment.. And subsequently i m paying interest to the yes bank from past 5 years..Due to covid 19..I m not able to pay interest to my bank.. They told me you will get possession in 2017 then 2108 end... Then 2019 end but they don't give any updates ...it's end of 2020.. Is this the way u fool customer to sell ur house by giving so early date as mentioned on agreement 36 months If we are late in payment your company charge us heavy penalties.. As per RERA act after 36 months i can file a complaint My registration was done on sep 2016.. It's 15 months delay as per agreement. I need compensation Without using anything or getting possession bank. I am paying prepaid emi to my bank.. Almost 8 thousand per month to bank And i have taken a house on rent which i m giving 15 thousand.. Now i m not in position to pay all those expenses.. What shoud i do further.. Hope u find a good solution for me Otherwise i have to file a complaint I don't want money in hand.. I want you to transfer it to yes bank from which i have taken loan and now i m not paying them... Xrbia has lost reputation hence -
They r just changing names ads - to sell their property's and fooling people all different ways.. Sales department they get incentives to sel.so this guys use any jazz to sell property any how get the loan onces they get paid done..
Delay of possession -ASper agreement we had given 6 mnths top of that Rera had given 6 months extension that's all. Violating RERA ACT..
insult to buyers by giving random any amount they wish. Big ads near the site says you get rent of 7500 when it's their turn to pay you get 2000 how is that justified?

Keep buyers happy treat every customer as a king - Respect every buyers, understand their problem listen to them don't ignore them all top bosses r gone hidden. Automatically
