Xrbia — compensation for loss, mental harassment & debit of deducted pre emi from bank account from last last over one year. | |||||
I'm holding a flat in xrbia eiffel city chakan e1-207. I've booked the flat on november 2015 and was promised that we will get the possession by 31st december 2017 and still waiting for the same. I had made registration of e1 207 at eiffel city chakan. Yet the flat is not handed over to me but pre emi is debited from my bank account. As per discussion with ajesh & reema madam i sent the bank monthly statements for cutting of pre emi from my account on customer care e mail id in april 2018 but yet no one has replied me. I'd request you to credit me the pre emi amounts to me & provide me with the compensation for the loss that we have incurred due to the delay and to take actions on the persons who delayed. I have booked flat on April 2017from last year the project has not been started now pl reply whether the project will start or its has closed do kindly if it's closed then refund my amt within 7 working days or I will take u to media as well as consumer court pl reply
