[Resolved]  Xrbia — delay in possession of flat for xrbia vangani

I Gaurav Bhatt booked 2BHK flat in Xrbia vangani(Badlapur) in 2016 with building number (J3 515).Sales person of builder has given Commitment that you will get your flat in 2019 but still building is under construction.
... they are giving fake commitment to customers...plz give us the final possestion date.
As we are not an invester due to which i can wait as much as you delay the project.My need is for urgent stay.
Previously they has given date of Sept 2020 and now again delayed to Nov 2020.
i want to stay on rent till i get possesstion.So requesting builder to give a rent to current market rate.
