I have booked 2 studio 1rk flat at xrbia developers ltd., balewadi project. Flat no b1302 and 1303. I have paid 3.45 lack as a token of 10% booking amount. But last one year after giving 4 time commitment of project launching still said project not launched and not geting proper response from builder after multiple time visit and various mail communication about refund of booking amount after cancellation of booking 2 months back. Let us file the PIL against this builder, my uncle is in supreme Court, he can help with this fraud.
