Xrbia — didn't get emi | |||||
I have purchased a flat in xrbia eiffel city chakan - phase 2 under 24 months emi scheme where xrbia has promised to pay emi of 24 months starting from october 2019 till september 2021. They have paid emi till march 2020 but from april 2020 i didn't get a single emi. Whenever i took follow up for this either they didn't pick up the call or didn't respond properly and suppose they have picked up, answer i am getting as first i need to pay pending emi and share the statement with them then they will pay those emi amounts to my account. It is very difficult for me to pay pending 6 months emi before getting it from xrbia then also i have managed somehow and paid 3 months emi in august 2020 but still, they didn't pay that to me and now they are running away from their responsibility saying that they have put the scheme on hold. How can i pay all those emi in the current situation? If you are promising to pay then it's your responsibility to complete it otherwise you shouldn't have made such fake promise. Everyone is facing issues in this current pandemic situation but this is not the way to behave. I am also facing financial problems. Kindly look into this and solve my issue on priority.
