Xrbia — No possession of flat from 24/03/2016 till now

I have booked my flat on date 24/03/2016 in Eiffel city 2, C-5 building, Chakan. I Was told by the Xrbia execurive that will get the possession by March 2018. But I haven't get the possession of my flat. I am just paying EMI of the bank. Almost 92% amount for the flat is already paid to the builder before 3 years.
