Xrbia — PnB has sent me legal notice for bounced EMI and builder has not been giving me EMI as per the scheme | |||
I have a Duplex booked in your New Lonavala project in QQ9 flat 407 under the scheme of EMI after possession. Till now xrbia was paying EMI in my account and was stopped under the EMI moratorium. As advised by you, I had opted for the EMI moratorium scheme. Since then I have not received EMI funds. I have tursted the builder and booked the property under the scheme. Now I have received legal notice from PnB against the bounced EMI. I have got only 15 days to respond. They have told me to pay three months installments. I have very less projects in hand due COVID and unable to pay EMI from my pocket. After the moratorium was over. I received the an EMI from Xrbia on 23rd Sept 2020 and then two EMI in Feb 21. I have been religiously following for the EMI for month March 2021 onwards, but I am not getting any commitments or dates. Was this information helpful? | |||
