Why did not your team did the needful why was i not informed cause of your delay.

Excerpts from the PMAY guidelines regarding same are as follows:

“….The lender/Second Party shall submit a consolidated utilization certificate on completion of the housing unit within one year period from the completion of construction or a maximum of 36 months from the date of the disbursement of the 1st installment of the loan amount. In case of default in not providing utilization/end-use certificate the lender/Second Party shall refund the amount of subsidy to the First Party. Further, any unutilized amount of subsidy shall be immediately returned by Second Party to First Party.”

Under the above circumstances you are not eligible for availing credit linked subsidy under PMAY.

Respected Ma’am,

We have examined your captioned complaint dated July 07, 2022 received from National Housing Bank (NHB) dated July 11, 2022. Please find the response to the same as under.

With reference to your captioned complaint pertaining to PMAY, we wish to state that in regards to your complaint towards subsidy claimed by you under CLSS scheme; it is to be notified that you have failed to submit the property completion certification within the 36 months from the date of first disbursement, as per the guidelines issued by Ministry of Housing & Urban poverty Alleviation Government of India.

Further, in connection to your concern regarding two loans reflecting against your name, we wish to state that we have downsized your loan as per request received from your end (enclosed the copy of request letter for your ready reference). Also, as per your request top up loan has been provided to you. Please find enclosed copy of sanction letter for your kind perusal.

Why did the builder delay the project, how will I submit the completion certificate?

Why was I not informed it's a top-up loan they said it was my balance payment I have signed without reading the paper. You guys are looting people accept that in name of subsidy, I have been looted.

The builder cannot give me a completion certificate cause the project has not been completed.
It's not my fault
