Sirs, I tried to reach Customer care support to talk but in vain as it is a terrible system. By oversight I booked with the above per Maa-Hyd instead of HYD- MAA and realized iwithin 2 mts of booking contacted airlines and got cancelled. They said the refund amount of Rs 2700 through you. So can yu please refund and advise. Total amount paid Rs 3444.

Updated by Subbukarra It is terrible that we cannot reach customer care and voice our problems. Everything is automated reply. Stinks and deplorable.. some easy customer approach systems should be adopted. Please refer my PNR no J8C9VV. Ticket was cancelled by airline on my request because of my oversight wrong date booking. Airline refunded Rs 2700 as against Rs 3444'. Please refund the amount to my credit card account.
