Company name: y-axis consulting my experiences with y-axis, hyderabad. I approached this consultancy for placements & job opportunities in canada. One of my friends had suggested me this consultancy for placements in abroad. So, i thought it would be a genuine service. But, later i realized it's a fraud business model. Initially i signed up for the canada jaas service & as per the agreement it highlights that "y-axis works with employers & placement agencies around the world as we are licensed recruitment agents". That's the only reason i have contacted y-axis and paid the enitre amount of approx. 36, 000/-. They told it's going to be a eight week programme. So, they will market my resume in canada for eight weeks. After the payment i was contacted by prathima reddy who is a process lead. She said they have some number of clients in us, canada, singapore etc. She also said that they have tie-ups with many placement agencies in abroad. During the first week i was contacted by process team to prepare my resume. After my resume writing service was done, marketing team was in touch with me to market my resume. They told that they are going to work closely with clients to market my resume. I thought they are going to work with some employers, clients, and placement agencies. They used to send me a weekly report which used to contain websites links and job description. I was totally shocked by seeing those reports. She was just uploading my resume in indeed.com portal. Hence, they failed to fulfil their promise. Then how are promising us that you have tie-ups with clients. They never exposed the fact that they are just going to upload my profile in some of the leading job portals and wait for the positive response. Due to our high volume of inquiries and cases it is natural that we will have some unsatisfied customers. The business of visa documentation is complex and there may be hiccups during the process. Y-Axis tries its very best to resolve any issues faced during the process. This is why 50% of our business comes from referrals and word of mouth only.
On the other hand there are a few clients who sign up with Y-Axis and wish to withdraw during the process - due to their own personal reasons. And they expect a refund even after full or partial service is provided. Y-Axis does not entertain these requests.
There are also customers who get rejected and do not succeed after the process. They too expect a refund and this is rejected by Y-Axis. Y-Axis does not guarantee or promise a visa or a job. Our deliverable are very clear.
Most complaints about Y-Axis are written by the above type of customers only. Y-Axis signs a legal agreement with the customer before taking him/her on. The terms of the agreement are very clear and mentioned in black and white. Y-Axis invests in research development technology and other factors to enhance our process. There is a cost to all of this and it is not free. So in cases of the above Y-Axis refuses a refund and the customer goes online to post it.
Smaller competing firms who cannot compete with Y-Axis on any other basis get their employees to post false complaints in an attempt to tarnish Y-Axis' reputation. Employees who are terminated from Y-Axis due to fixing documents or indulging in fraud also post false reviews because they have been let go off immediately.
We are REAL company with real people processes systems and also real problems. We do not pay online portals to take off bad reviews. Neither do we pay for SEO services to ensure that bad reviews do not come up on sites like this or do not come up in search engines. So you will see bad reviews about us. Do not get carried away by lies and exaggeration. We request you to email us. If your problem is genuine and your request is reasonable we will do our best to resolve it.     Greetings for the day!! I have approched y_axis for schengen visa with all the itinerary details unfortunately my travel was from hyderabad to amsterdam via london (heathrow) through british airlines. i was not having the transit visa for uk i was only having the schengen visa. British airways not allowed me to travel because i am not having the uk transit visa i was completely shocked and bought a new flight ticket with extra 57, 000 inr to amsterdam via dubai. it was your y-axis duty to check the itinerary properly but they failed in it resulting in 57, 000 loss for me. if y-axis have informed me regarding the uk transit visa i wold have applied for it which costs around 8, 000 inr which would have saved 51, 000 inr for me.       Fraud immigration services

      Hi this is in regards with availing y-axis immigration services, i must mention they are just big hypocrites. They never keep their word once customer is registered and paid the amount. I was told that applying for quebec (Canada) migration which has 3 stages and as per y-axis initial commitment it would take 8-12 months, and in real it is more than 36 months and till now even 1 stage has not been cleared.       This company called y-axis in pune, took 25k from myself and my very good freind. We both had plans to get a visa for overseas for a country. After paying them in full, we decided to not go with this country due to some personal issues and asked these people to refund our money! And these people are not ready to refund total 50, 000 rupees (25k of mine and 25k of my friend). They did not do any single work for us then why they are not refunding the moeny? Even if there might be any clause in thier documents, this is very unfair to loot money like this. This is my hard earned money and how can they take it without doing any work? This has hapened in 2010 and i have filed a court case. Waiting for my case to be presented in the court and then i will show these people what is it like to loot money from innocent people!

        Hi friends, Y-axis is one of the best fraud consultancy, where their motivation is to collect the money from the clients first and then they wont bother or respond to your calls. And also they won't refund not even a single money. Fake certificates and false promise will be given to collect your money from you, please don't trust them and get into trouble. I am one who have been cheated by them. Please aware of y-axis in chetpet and also in hyderabad.

          We had retained the services of the above mentioned company for processing our visa to australia. As part of the contract, through separately signed contract for resettlement services on our initial landing in canberra, there counterparts in australia, were supposed to have met us at the airport, arranged temporary accomodation, arranged local calling cards, assisted in school admissions for our daughter, etc. They did not provide any of this and we were left high and dry at canberra airport, until we on our own initiative thru internet found some accomodation at exorbitant rates and moved in for the evening.
          We complained to all our contacts in this company, and seeking reimbursement of rs 55, 000/-approx, but to date no one has responded.


          Pl guide how to file and sue for damages for the cruelty met out to us.

            We approached them for processing to canada admission, our ielts score was 6 and asked them to apply for pgdiploma before payment to yaxis but after paying 22000rupees in feb 2014, they called us on the same day of payment and told us that u are not eligible to apply for pg diploma, so we asked for refund but fooling us till date saying that u wont get any penny refund from us they didnt do service still charging us we want our money refunded.Consumer is kota nagarjuna.

            I have asked for the refund of the payment that i have made 3000 AUD dollar which is 150, 981.82 rs at y-axis australia immgration  due to my application has rejected and the Mara agent  has confirmed to refund back the cash which i did made to y-axis australia migration On May 2018 and confirned that within 1 week time will get the refund  but its already 6 weeks now and i am still not getting my refund back. whenever i replied the email to ask for refund, its either sometimes will reply by giving excuses that the person in charge is on leave or will ask  give time another a week or my email won't be attended and ignored after weeks of waiting. when i called in after few weeks waiting, the only excuses im getting is will ask the person in charge to return my call but until now i dont receive any call from CRO departments or even from mara agents on the status of my refund. I need my money back else i need to go to consumer cell.
            My cousin is aslo facing same problem.this consultant is playing with students life and government is not taking any action regarding this issues.my cousin is really disturb abt this problem.they are playing double game and my cousin is facing problems with their parents.really i suggested this y axis to my cousin i am really feeling depressed. Plz guys plz refund our money back my cousin parents r torchering me .first y axis said that they will give our money back if we withdraw the case in consumer form after withdrawing case they r not lifting our phone's and not responding to out email.plz don't play with our student life.

            No one will loose money, if you sent refund email, definitely they might have responded, so your words are not true, if its true please prove here at public forum with evidence of email sent to them and refund transaction details.

            We are also faced the same problem with them. they have collected 40000 from me and also from my friends and not even bother to answer our calls. Even this has been taken to the higher levels but no response. They have cheated 1, 20, 000 from me and my friends totally without giving single services to us. Some one needs to take severe action on them to refund all our funds.

            They are eating on the money which are cheated from us. This won't be good for those and it will affect all your children.. Need to take to the police also.

            Dear Readers,

            Y-axis has done fraud with us also. No policies are clear, no process is smooth, no file movement is fast. I followed up with Bangalore team 100 of times, no proper results except excuses or gyaan. Attrition rate in their office and back office high, my file was not assigned to any new staff joined or the new staff doesnt know my file status also. They always come up with excuses and blabber their rules after looting the clients.. I want my money back. But again they will VOMIT their rules on me or here, just to save their ###.               Dear sir / madam, I am writing this letter to complain about the malpractice and cheating done by y-axis (http://www y-axis) on the name of consultancy. As per my 1st telephonic conversation with pallavi from y-axis, bangalore on 25-apr-14 for canadian eca process, were i explicitly mentioned that i know the process, but i need to get my degree transcripts attested. I was told by her, that it will be taken care by y-axis, but it was nowhere mentioned in written that i've to pay extra for the transcript attestation, nor anyone contacted me for the service or additional charge. Moreover, none of the mail including the ‘payment link mail’ has the details of the services offered under "y-axis eca process". After the online payment of rs.11, 000/- to y-axis, pallavi told me that she has handed over the case to a process consultant in hyderabad & they will get back to me for any technical query, including transcripts attestation. Based on the goodwill of y-axis and our telephonic conversation, i did the payment without seeking anything in writing, assuming whatever mentioned was true & they have understood my explicit need. When i interacted with process consultant named bhargavi from y-axis hyderabad for the 1st time on 26-apr-14, i explicitly mentioned that i’ve uploaded all my transcripts on my url (Customer portal login url: https://na13.salesforce.com/secur/login_portal.jsp?orgId=00D30000000WSmr&por... even before getting the checklist from her. Also, i enquired bhargavi about the process of transcripts attestation, on which she said she will get back to me, but i didn't received any call from her in this regard. But after receiving a mail from bhargavi on 28-apr-14, where she asked me to submit attested transcripts, i got confused about the y-axis’s process. So, i called bhargavi on 30-apr-14, but the call went unanswered. At the end, i called pallavi asking for a clarification for bhargavi’s mail. Pallavi mentioned that she need to check this with bhargavi, that why she mailed that i’ve to get my documents attested on my own! Therefore to clarify things, i formally mailed to both of them on 30-apr-14, but i didn't receive any response, as usual. Finally, on 02-may-2014 i walked into the y-axis’s mg road, bangalore office and meet ms. Shiny, although that didn't resolved the issue, i decided to abort the eca process because of mainly two reasons. 1st, my need was not understood & i was misguided over the process for a week, wherein there was not a single mail which describes the services offered by y-axis as a part of eca & explicitly mentioning that i’ve get my transcripts attested on my own. 2nd, i lost whole week without any result, which has shaken my confidence on y-axis as a whole. Finally, cro team of y-axis declined my refund request, stating that it’s not refundable service. I am not at all satisfied with y-axis's delay in process and then refusal for refund, as its totally biased decision towards y-axis. I was kept totally in dark about the services being offered under eca process. Moreover, i've not used any services from y-axis regarding eca process and i've lost precious 2 months time to file the pr for canada.in spite of this, y-axis has refused to refund full amount, as several other cases against them, which are floating on the internet. I kindly request you to intervene into this issue & get me the full refund and set an example for companies like y-axis, who are cheating customers by keeping law on shelf.                 Hi, I have made a payment of rs.20000 to the consultant for my services regarding to studying in canada. the commitments given by the employee of y-axis was completely false and misleading, which made me pay the amount. i cancelled the process before any work has been initiated by the consultant. The people of the consultancy now talk very rudely to me that i cannot get any refund for the services which has never started. this has caused me immense depression where in i am not able to concentrate on any of my work. i also state that this is purely like forcing me into some sort of wrong investment.
