I am writing to express my ongoing dissatisfaction with the services provided by Y-Axis and the unresolved issue regarding the refund of ₹73, 858 INR, which remains due to me.
To summarize my experience:
I initially invested ₹1, 30, 000 INR based on assurances from Y-Axis that I was eligible for the Canada PR process.
Following this, I incurred additional costs for the IELTS examination and ECA verification, all of which were recommended by Y-Axis consultants.
However, after these significant investments, I was informed that I was no longer eligible for the Canada PR program.
Despite my multiple concerns, I was offered an alternative, the United Kingdom visa process, for which I invested an additional ₹46, 142 INR.
Unfortunately, the UK visa application process also did not yield any favorable results.
Currently, an amount of ₹73, 858 INR remains with Y-Axis, and despite repeated inquiries, I have yet to receive any satisfactory response or indication regarding the refund of this amount.
This situation has caused considerable mental and financial distress. I have been patient, but the lack of communication and resolution has led to a significant toll on my well-being.
