Y-Axis Overseas Careers — fake promises for job calls

I have joined Y-Axis for German job consultancy with my girlfriend. They promised to get calls from the company but cleared they are not liable for any hiring. I paid them, but with their poor marketing tactics, they were not able to arrange a call for me. I called the main consultant Sukanya and other members, but they are cowards not even picking up my calls, and not even refunding my money. I need help, I told them that my financial condition is not that good.
