It's been almost two months since I posted my complaint here about my request for y-axis to issue me a refund because of the change in my circumstances which made me reconsider my immigration plans. But they rejected my request even though I specifically told them that there has been a change in my situation.
Unfortunately, after thoroughly contacting y-axis company I have come to realise that I must have been more careful when I signed that contract with them. Because it turns out that all they care about is money and nothing else.
I am hereby advising anyone who wishes to benefit from their services to be cautious and better to stay away.

We've diligently delivered the service as per the agreement in a timely manner until you decide to abandon your application and withdraw from the service for your personal reasons. Our responsibility included providing a tailored checklist for your profile and the necessary documents for that, which we have fulfilled in accordance with our agreement.

However, the only recourse available is to put your case on hold. We're more than willing to assist when your circumstances evolve in the future.
