I had taken P.R visa service for Canada country for y axis talking with Ms Sneha kale and Ms Mokashi Geetanjali sales team pune and we Trusted her and paid full 89, 000 while paying also I asked if anything in future happens about process can we get a fees as a refund she said yes whatever happen you will get your Y-axis fees but not any govt fees paid, so i proceed their fees and started the ielts coaching,
in meanwhile due to the current socio-economic and
political conditions in Canada have raised concerns. I am apprehensive
about the overall atmosphere and its impact on immigrants, making me
reconsider my decision at this point.
So we have decided not to go ahead and on Decemeber 11th 2023 we drop a refund mail as we have not gone far as the process was on pause and we just tool coaching class of ielts so we request them to debit the coaching fees a and provide us the remaining refund amount in response i got a mail from y-axis saying you will not get your refund take another services to balance money but we clearly said we want our refund as the process was not started. It was on pause so we have not paid any govt fees as per first discussion with Ms Sneha Kale we have Clearly asked for refund and now they are not responding its a very bad experience.
