I availed Y-Axis's services for the UK Jobseeker Visa by making a payment of INR 45, 000. Their representatives assured me that their extensive connections in the UK would lead to active marketing of my profile, resulting in a minimum of five interview calls from employers willing to offer visa sponsorship.
Regrettably, despite three months having passed since I engaged their services, I have not received a single interview call. Whenever I sought updates on the progress of my application, I was provided with vague responses that lacked clarity and commitment, such as "You may receive a call after three months." This evasive behavior indicates that Y-Axis is engaging in deceptive practices to mislead clients.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of results and value offered by Y-Axis's services. The absence of accountability and transparency in their operations makes it evident that they have structured their services as time-bound activities without genuine dedication to delivering real value to their customers. Furthermore, contrary to their initial assurances, I have only received two responses from employers, both of which were invalid as they did not pertain to visa sponsorship.
My discontent stems from Y-Axis's initial promise of a minimum of five valid interview calls, a commitment that they have failed to fulfill. Their actions have resulted in the wastage of my time, money, and mental peace.
In light of the circumstances, I kindly seek your assistance in filing a formal complaint under the Consumer Protection Act against Y-Axis for their unfair trade practices and misrepresentation. I hereby request your guidance and support in initiating the necessary steps to address this matter and ensure that Y-Axis is held accountable for their actions.
I am hopeful that the Consumer Protection Council will recognize the severity of this issue and take the requisite actions to safeguard consumers from deceptive practices. I am prepared to cooperate fully in the investigation and provide any necessary documentation to substantiate my claims.
