I have enrolled through Y-axis in 2017 for my Canada immigration process. At the time of enrolment they have charged from me around 50, 000 rupees. At time of enrolling they are very good speaker and positive speaker. After taking my money they are not responding well. They have appointed me one customer relation consultant named: Mohmd. Wasi. Many time I was calling but he is not answering in required time. Also, he has prepared my profile in SINP ( saskechwan) PNP in duplicate. With two NOC code. One is left as half in the profile creation process. More ever he has not idea regarding process properly as well. Because of this I have got query of documents i my process by Canadian government. Also my file was in eligible status given by Canadian government.
Because of Yaxis employee mistake I have lost my career opportunity. And my money as well. After this they have not call me back even as well. Mean time they have also changed my consultant as well. Her name was Sandhya V. D. She has not studied my file completely as well and not giving me answer regarding my query as well.
On top of this meanwhile they me charged money for File submission in PNP( around 17000) and profile verification (about 1700) .
Also on top of this I have spent around (50000 inr) for kelts exam, police clearance, degree verification.
Because of mistake made by yaxis during profile creation for nomination process I have got in eligible status and my career ruined out. I have lost my career and money just only because of y axis.
I strongly want my money back along with all other cost paid by me during this process from y axis. Also I m still mentally stressed if I remember of this thing in my mind. This was the my big career loss of life made by y axis.
Plz support me to get my money back from y axis.
Plz find attached fees paid receipt. And SINP query regarding mistake made by y axis agent
