Y-Axis — Resume marketing process

It has been very difficult to coordinate with Y-Axis regarding my application and services.

Initially, I paid ₹2, 000 and subsequently paid ₹39, 457 to start the process. After payment, only my resume was prepared. Later, I informed your team that I wished to discontinue the resume writing and marketing services. I requested that the applicable charges for the resume writing service be deducted and that the remaining balance be refunded to me.

However, Y-Axis has neither processed my refund request nor provided a satisfactory resolution. Furthermore, there is no assurance of job placement or job guarantee, which raises concerns about the justification for charging such a substantial amount.

I feel that this treatment is unfair and request an immediate refund of the amount after deducting any legitimate charges for services already rendered.

I kindly request you to review my case and process my refund at the earliest possible opportunity.
