During booking, I paid 10k advance on 09th August 2025 & then paid Rs. 98132 on 16th August 2025. On 06th September was asked 10k again during delivery stating that BH series not possible & MH registration done. For the sake of BH registration, I lost Rs. 2500 towards rent agreement. They added Rs. 1999 for PDI also, which they should bear or should recover from Yamaha India. Total I paid Rs. 118132. During booking, Satyam from Ramdoot Yamaha told that I will get back all the documents for what ever amount I paid & I got invoices for Rs. 114571 & after complaining they returned Rs. 1100. Means total Rs. 2261 is pending from them. Only Yamaha dealer is charging for PDI without providing any invoice. No other dealer is charging for PDI. Neither Yamaha India is responding nor Yamaha dealer is responding to my query. Mail sent to Yamaha customer care on 28th November, 30th November, 1st December, 3rd December & 5th December, also called on toll free number from last 15 days, but no one responding. So, request you to please solve this issue. Both the complaints closed simply without any resolution or call back. Was this information helpful? |
