I bought the aerox 155 scooter on june 12, 2024,
chassis number (me1sg7522r0021759) and engine number g3u1e0021808. registration number wb24bn0336,
but the vehicle started having starting problems before even a year was up. it shuts off at various places almost daily. I have to take it to the service center, they worked on it for two days and somehow showed me that it was fixed, but after a while having the same problem.
currently, the vehicle stays in the service center most days.
from the very first day, the side stand of the scooter is loose; whenever the scooter is parked on the side stand, it moves at any moment. on september 16, 2024, while leaving the car on the side stand, the entire car fell on my body as it rolled off the stand, causing my left knee was injured and I had to stay in bed with a traction for a month. the front shock absorbers are extremely bad it cannot even cross a small bump. additionally, the work done at the service center (victory autocreft private limited, 77f, barrackpore trank road, agarpara north 24 pgs., kolkata - 700058) is very poor. it is very late to provide any service and when asked them then mostly they are very misguided in every matter.
I am financially and emotionally devastated today after buying such an expensive scooter from such a big company. I am currently panic to ride in the scooter because it might break down.in this situation,
I want my scooter to be properly repaired for all issues or to be replaced with a new one
