I bought yamaha ray z in the year of 2014, but from now i am suffering lots of problem like some sounds in footcase, automatically acclerated, horn problem, etc.. ...Its my big mistake toh buy this scooty of yamaha company. ...even i told to service center to rectify that problems bt there were no effect after servicing also.

They haven't solve my complaint yet. They told me to send discription about complaint. But i send all thing to their email but it was sending failed.. I tried 2-3 times but it all goes in vain. So these my humble request to resolve my issue. Thanking you

    I purchased Yamaha Ray Z from Chandigarh which had a manufacturing defect and needed a part replacement. It has been almost 8 months since than. I got transferred from Chandigarh to Mumbai. Still the follow-up is going on.Sometimes they even call that part has come but when I come to service centre, they just send me back citing that it was a call done by mistake. I feel cheated and a helpless consumer.

      Myself Shabeer P I Amina Manzil (H) Thrickodithanam P O Changanacherry had purchased "Yamaha Cygnus Ray" from S G Motors (KTM) on 23.01.2015. But I had been facing a problem from its silencer soon after 1 week of purchase. I reffered for 1st service at Amala motors, Karugachhal followed by 2nd service at Yamaha Motors, Palathara, Changanacherry. Since it is covered under the warranty period, a replacement of the silencer was demanded by me, but the response from their side was that it was promised to be covered during the third service. But I faced a bitter experience when i went for the 3rd service on 09/07/2015. The response from their side was "It will take 20 more days and the details regarding that will be informed by call". But there was no response from their side even after 20 days. The silencer still gives an abrupt sound. Even after this i again approached "Palathara Motors, Changanacherry" and they told that it will still take 7 days more thereby demanding courier and transportation charges for the replacement. Now its been 11 days, and i am still waiting the call from there side. The customer service of the service centre was very much annoying.         I have purchase the Yamaha SZRR black-green model on Nov-2014. My not given a avarage properly about 35km/lit. experience is bad about these model so I think exchange the model & take a new fascino scooter of Yamaha instead of my bike but response of company is like they said the exchange price is 31200rs amont diside my purchase price is 78000rs within 7month & usese about 5000km.

          Hi my name is Parvez. I owe yamaha gladiator bike. I maintained it qiute well. But recently clutch wire has broke. i tried to buy new wire but i didn't find. i even went to Ramkot a very area famous for bikes and spare parts.

          If the company not supplying spare parts then even for small problems we have through bike aside. Because of poor no spare parts availability yamaha bike resale value is not there. i want to sell this bike but no one is ready to buy, just because of spare parts... completely unsatisfied with this Gladiator bike..

            I have bought new yamaha saluto 2015 model on july 03 2015 with shri nivash motors settling onroad price of the vehicle with 65000 and balance payment done to the dealer point at shri nivash motors srivilliputtur - 626125.

            But the vehicle was brought from nisha motors ARUPPUKOTTAI and the payment of hdfc bank made in facor of SSWANA MOTORs SIVAKASI . I have received the vehicle promising to get the invoice and registration to be done on monday 6 july 2015. Still they have not done their promise to me and delaying the days as much as possible.

            Please resolve me from this issue.

              Dear sir, I got an New Yamaha vehicle two days back 29/07/2015. But Now am getting problem for the self start is not working and front light not working also when I insert key there is no light blowing in speed meter and fuel indicator and I have intimated to showroom regarding same.                   my bike is a Yamaha fazer No: KL26 B 417.
                  i took my bike to legrand pookatupady (EKM) and they changed the piston and valve guide which were not genuine spares and the fitting was not correct,
                  i wrote a complaint last year about the same and the company provided the service at another service center free of cost at Vijaya Yamaha.
                  After just 6 months gap my bike is showing continuous gap in acceleration and white smoke from silencer.
                  This was not expected from a product made by a reputed and world renowned company like Yamaha.
                  I regret to inform you that i am approaching the consumer court.
                  I hope no other costumer faces such a treatment.

                    I have given my bike Yamaha R15 for servicing on 11 june 2015. my bike has been ran for 11K and i asked to check gear box, pickup and brake and sound etc. after the servicing done i have ridden for 1 days and found that nothing they have changed except the engine oil. now i have so many problems like engine sound, brake loose, low pickup, noisy sound. please do the needful.

                      Hello Sir/Madam, I gave my bike (FZ) for service SERVICE CENTER THIRUNEERMALAI ROAD, CHROMPET, Chenai-600044. While taking delivery I found that there is a scratch in the tank. The person who takes my bike for service he accepted that was their fault and it can be serviced. Once he consulted with manager he asked me to come next week. I went next week they said painter not there come next week. I again went next week they told paint is not available. The again I came back and went on[protected]. I asked them to service the bike and give me when its ready. They called me several times in the evening on the same day and asked me bike is ready. When I went to pickup my bike the scratch remain same. The manager shouted at me its not their fault. He spoken very badly and told me it cannot be done. Why such response from YAMAHA service centers. Please take some decision to overcome this issue. It will be great full to YAMAHA. Regards, Arun [protected]

                        On april 20 2015, i gave my bike(Yamaha Ray Z) for service in Sairam motors in ambattur Chennai. When i take my bike on 21/04/15, mudguard was broken and i asked them immediately. They said, they have to ask their manager but he was in meeting. On next day i went again and asked they said the same thing. I went again 2 days but cant to see the manager. So i call them and said i will see it next service. Now again on 22/07/15 i gave my bike and said about mudguard, they told me that they will paste it. But i told them, no need for just change it or don't do the service. I will complaint to the head office. But they done the service without changing the mudguard. I'm very much disappointed about this attitude towards me and want a truth and honest. Take the honest step on them.

                            Hi...
                            Am nishanth from nagercoil. I purchased fz fi on kavin auto agency. last time I went service station for 4th free service. After service my bike chain drive make noise like 'tik tik tik'. I told more than 5 times but still not solve that problem. Yesterday am gone for 5th service. And am also told that the chain problem. Now after service they are give a new problem. My bike's indicator switch works not properly... its very hard to use. I told the service manager, last time you give a chain sound, this time you give switch problem. What are you doing. This is service station or not. They told, we don't have indicators cleaning spray. Please adjust him. This is not good answer for world's leading bike manufacturers. I feel very bad. Please take action for maintain your brand name.

                                I bought a Ray Z from Aditya motors, Singanallur, Coimbatore. Since I m from ooty I called them to check price it was quoted 59500 with all fittings and Otr cost registering in ooty.. I had work in ooty so I informed the rep that I ll reach only by 8 o clock Or next time when ever I visit coimbatore the rep said I can come by 8 and showroom closes only by 9. After calling 4 to 5 times n confirming that I m coming To my shock when I reached by 7.55 the service area was closed and extra fittings where held.Then I was asked extra 1500 for registering in ooty. Y cant rep tell that in phone? Y hidden cost? I feel cheated.. At last after fighting I paid 60500.. My extra fittings are held with them they said they ll send it in transport and I have to give outside to fix it. Y cant rep tell come before 7 or come tomorrow before me leaving from ooty.. Y facts are hidden deliberately? Just because I travelled 130 kms with my friend and my wife I bought it..Y does yamaha people to malpractice? Isn't it cheating? Invoice no :IN 951. Sales man Bala. I have paid them full amount now I hope they send the accessories and do the registration on time as promised..

                                  My bike is two weeks old with 300kms on the odo . On 18/7/2015, i was travelling on the grand southern road, going from saidapet to urapakkam . Near the bridge in pallavaram, a car wanting to go above the bridge, overtook me and made a sharp left .As it was raining hard around 9:15pm, i was not able to hear the car overtake or see the light through my rear view mirror . I used my front brake and rear brake softly to avoid skidding . But i felt no response from the front brake, this had caused me to brake my rear hard ... I finally ended up falling down and lost a piece of muscle from the left arm which took 12 stitches to join the skin together . Now i take my bike to the service station at pallavaram and i received the worst customer service ever .Then getting fed up of their, i call the yamaha helpline nearly 100 times .. All i get is temporarily our customer service is busy ...I was a yamaha fan until now ..Not anymore ..I think ktm is far better compared with the service u get from these yamaha authorized service centers !!!

                                    I purchase a fz black color bike in IA Motors Dealer, Salem TN. The Gear functioning is very very hard while purchase out... Handle Bar & front shake absorb not fit very loose over 1000 kms... i am very disappointing & angry for your yamaha bike... i cant satisfying for the new bike purchase... the dealer take so many time service.. but the problem is are not recovered.. so could you please take action within 1 week for the issue... but if you don't resolve my problem, I'll surely take action by law and order.

                                      Nature of complaint: late registration

                                      Dealership: Adithya yamaha autos, kuniyamuthur, coimbatore, Tamil nadu.

                                      Retail date: 1 july 2015.

                                      more than three weeks passed, still no sign of registration. The showroom people are showing negligence. Sent complaint to [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com, No response from there too. Since the traffic police are strict about riding a unregistered motorcycle, I am not unable to use my bike. At time I ask myself why I bought the bike in the firstplace if I'm unable to use it. Worst experiance with yamaha.

                                        I bought a Yamaha R15 from an authorised dealer (SUPREME Yamaha) in Davangere, Karnataka Right from th first service I have been facing problems with the gearbox and engine valve Gearbox: I have to struggle a lot to just change the gears.sometimes I have to stop the bike and change the gear.i have reported this to the Authorised service centre( Supreme Yamaha) at Davangere, Karnataka, but in vain. They always say that it's fine and Donot even bother to look at it Engine valve: right from the first service I have been facing problems with the engine valve.which is casing a difference in the engine noise. I have gotten the valve adjusted but again in vain.i have reported this to Authorised service centre(Supreme Yamaha) Davangere, Karnataka, but again they chose to ignore it
