    New FZ X vehicle vibration complaint

    Address: SS Bikes, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District, Tamilnadu.

    We had bought FZX on 2.12.2021 from the Gobi SS Bikes showroom. It has completed 1000 km now. From the beginning, whenever the bike reaches exactly 65 km/hr it struggles and produces a vibration before it reaches 66 km/hr. We have entrusted the bike mentioning the problem to the dealer on 01.01.2022. I have a friend who uses the same FZX and he does not have any vibration of that sort.     This is Vijay from hyderabad. On 6-1-2022 I gave my yamaha fzs-fi v3 bike to the yamaha service center which is located in hyderabad at Pearl yamaha Y Junction service center. My service slot booking no was kuk_036 for fifth free service. I reached service center before 10 am. When technician came for inspecting my vehicle I told service technician regarding problems of my vehicle like clutch is loose and need to change engine oil and oil filter and also to check all the other needs which are required to do for general free service. They said everything will be checked and inform to me after the finish of service. I went back to my home after I handed over my bike to yamaha service center. They called me at evening 4.30 pm and said service had done and it's ready to pickup my vehicle. I went to service center to pickup vehicle. They quoted bill of Rs 716 /- for free service which including taxes of parts cost and consumable charges of Rs 80/- and GST too. I asked them if they changed engine oil and oil filter and also asked clutch wire which is loose at the time of before service. They said all the things had checked, engine oil and oil filter had changed and all the required needs which are needed to check in the general service inspection table had checked throughly. I said okay and came to home. After 2 days I notice that there is drastic change in my vehicles mileage. Before gave my vehicle to service it gave 50 kms around of mileage per 1 litre. But after servicing my vehicle pickup had changed a lot. I used to Rev more to accelerate my vehicle for moment. Before servicing I need to Rev much less to reach appropriate moment. And main thing is they didn't checked clutch. My clutch wire was in torn condition when I notice after 2 days of my service. If they checked it then how come it was torn.? With all this doubts I went to local service shop and told him to check whether if engine oil and oil filter had changed or not. Shockingly yamaha service center guys didn't changed anything. They didn't changed engine oil and oil filter too. Engine oil is black in colour. If they changed it then it will be red in colour as it is new engine oil. And I don't think so that within 2 days from service engine oil won't turn to black colour. They billed for new engine oil but not changed. And oil filter is in black colour in rugged and rusted condition. If it is new then it won't be like that. They also quoted bill for oil cleaner but didn't changed it. And also clutch wire is in torn condition. They also didn't checked all the required things which are needed to be checked in general inspection. If they checked then they need to top up my brake oil fluids which are at lower state but they didn't topup them and also air filter is filled with lots of mud. It was also not cleaned. They just washed my vehicle with water and quoted bill of Rs 716 and handed over it to me. I have all the proofs regarding this nonsense service done by yamaha service center. They are looting people's money in the name of trusted service. All the people like me trusting them by brand name "yamaha" and giving our hard earned own vehicle in their hands by paying them lots of money in the name of service but not getting proper service. This is my fifth service and I realised now that this guy's won't do anything rather than looting public money. Also thought that they done nothing before in other free services too. People really rely on the after sales service by seeing brand name but they are just playing with people's need and cashing money. All I want is need a proper service for the money they are looting. I need my every single penny I spent for the service back. And I also dodging complaint about yamaha service standards. I'm uploading all the bills, proofs and images which I took at the time of changing all the engine oil, oil filter, clutch wire, air filter at local service shop here for further investigation and inspection.

      My bike was given on Yamaha (FZ) service. at that time there was no engine problem in the bike, I called you that your bike is serviced, you can take your bike. But when I went to get the bike, I got my bike tested and my bike smoked. My bike was fine when I gave it on service, when I told him this thing, he told me there is a problem in your engine, your bike's engine will have to be repaired when I said that my bike is under warranty. He said your warranty is over, you will have to pay for the engine.
      Please get my bike repaired.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have been very fascinated to buy new Yamaha FZX and for the same I have been visiting various retail showrooms of Pearl at Y Junction Balanagar, Ashoka Motors Uppal and Mettuguda.I would like to bring to your notice that most of the showroom are compelling users to get 1+4 years of Warranty as per law this is optional and no retailer has right to impose such charges.
        More interesting point is when I Ask them samething most of them are saying vehicles are not available and it has been waiting period of 2 months.Where is transparency for booking orders and what is Guarantee that my Queue line of Booking is Genuine.

        Worst part is Dealer of Nagaram Showroom Bhuvan Yamaha, they want to sell bikes only in Finance as they would be getting more Interest from Banks and they have denied to book my vehicle in terms of cash payment.All this incident is recorded, I want to fix this else willl have to escalate it.

          The employees are charging an extra amount of rs 2000 while picking up the vehicle from the center, the amount I was told was rs 2550 and later I was asked to pay 4550 .This is disgusting and very disappointing.

            Hello

            I Anil chettri residing at Darjeeling have taken Yahama ZR scooty on April 2018 but still number plate not issued and when I go to showroom I get lots of excuse as I work abroad... It is the work of showroom to provide number plate as I have taken in not in fiance also and now the showroom is also closed.. I have attached the documents and the service is not so good also .. Last time I met the showroom person who sold the scooty Yahama ZR told me it cost you 40000/- for number plate now

              My name is Mohit and this complaint is regarding delivery of my new MT15 bs6 model. I had booked my on 3Nov. 2021 from patel yamaha showroom Indore(M.p).
              Its more than 2 months still they don't know when the bike fill some. They say company is not responding to them so we can not tell you when the bike will come. I don't know why Yamaha is doing this other company's are also selling their bike but what wrong with Yamaha. They should inform what exactly is happening so we will not have wait and switch to other company bikes.

                I have booked r15v3 last month, i have been asking split up price details, they are charging nearly 4.6k on delivery charges but they are not providing crct explanation . When i asked about these charges they said those are inclusion of loading, unloading and pre delivery inspection charges . As both loading and unloading charges are illegal in India vut they are not accepting the rules.

                  My bike vehicle charging cable has damaged and vehicle is not getting started and due to that from past 1 week i have left my bike in Yamaha service center and they are telling they dont have charging cable and asking me to get from somewhere. As a yamaha dealers they are responsible for fixing the issue and they haven't responding properly on this and giving unecessary answers and issue is not resolved yet.

                      I buy a yamaha fz v3 in redhills showroom on may
                      I gave My bike for service on 28/12/2021, 8.30 now itself i didnt got My bike and there is no response
                      Already service also bad not money for value, there is no accessories and all.

                          I have purchased the yamaha fzs v3 on 16th March 2020 from Soham automobiles Aurangabad Maharashtra and later 4 day the lockdown was announced by the GOI, and till 25th Feb i have registered my bike with my regional RTO and all procedures had been done even i got the HSRP but i did not got the Registration certificate as my RTO is saying that your HSRP has been updated and uploaded by the dealer, i have spoken 1000 times with the Dealer but i did not get any positive response from their. I have spoken with Yamaha india motors customer care two and he directly refused me to help, He said, ”You have paid for bike not for the RC how we can help you, we are not answerable without any money” That is how they are talking to customers.
                          It has been 2 years but still I haven’t Recieved the RC book.

                            This is inform you that your Sri Sai yamaha service centre at Raja bazar only fool the customer for making money .Today I went to your service for my new bike's one shocker issue that's number i.e BR01 EY 1387 .Your mechanics before making said that they will only solved my one shocker problem and other shocker they only tap oil and is not chargeable ..But I got bills they are labour charged of both shocker..This is very disappointed to me and never think such ancient in your service centre...So I request you to take an action on it otherwise stop fool to your customer...

                              I feel hopeless after ordering a MT-15 YAMAHA bike from it's website on 26th Nov 2021. First of I got to choose from only one dealer that happened to be VENUS YAMAHA, CUTTACK ROAD, It's been 32 days to be excat, they have never bothered to contact me once. Every time Ihave tried to reach out to them either they have not responded to my calls or have made excuses.
                              I need the delivery of my bike as early as possible.
                              Who waits for 32 days these!!
                              I am being mocked by people as liar.

                                I was purchase Yamaha fzs version 3.0... Before six month but my rc book not provide by dealer (shiv shakti motor ) from giridih, jharkhand.
                                So I request u don't purchase Yamaha bike...His is not provide services...In giridih district...I am already paid all amount...

                                  Dear Yamaha Team,

                                  My name is V Uma and Residing in Gummidipoondi, This year Feb'2021 I bought Yamaha Fascino BS6 Model. Last month i got a some sensor problem in the bike which indicated through the Orange Symbol i approached BG Bikes and they said they don't have computer system to check the issue and advised me to go Arihant Moters located in Redhills, i went there and left my bike for service they did service but not rectified the sensor issue and told me that their computer is not working the sensor issue is not major one you can use the bike. Same day i requested them for Change my Damaged Seat completely they told me that they don't have stock and i requested them to place the order so that i will come and change they said 10 days timeline but now more than 30 days they are not responding me even after my several follow up.

                                  Showroom is now a days is worthless, many showroom showing the same attitude. Please ensure the delearship must be given to those who properly handle it.

                                      Description I got a call from Siddharth service centre for service I told them that I had issue in scooter and it’s not starting however it ran only 1100 km she said she will send the person to pick up the scooter he picked the scooter and called me after one day and told me that the scooter is fine now it’s starting can I deliver that scooter or if you want I can service the scooter I asked him to do service after service he told me again that now it’s not starting as there is an issue in carburettor. Now the thing is if it was not starting how did he perform service and then he personally reached to service centre and they told me to fix the issue (or will deliver the scooter) and will deliver the scooter next morning however after one day I don’t have any status.
                                      Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
