I have purchased the yamaha fzs v3 on 16th March 2020 from Soham automobiles Aurangabad Maharashtra and later 4 day the lockdown was announced by the GOI, and till 25th Feb i have registered my bike with my regional RTO and all procedures had been done even i got the HSRP but i did not got the Registration certificate as my RTO is saying that your HSRP has been updated and uploaded by the dealer, i have spoken 1000 times with the Dealer but i did not get any positive response from their. I have spoken with Yamaha india motors customer care two and he directly refused me to help, He said, ”You have paid for bike not for the RC how we can help you, we are not answerable without any money” That is how they are talking to customers.
It has been 2 years but still I haven’t Recieved the RC book.
