Sir, i have bought my vehicle this year in march.I have rode only 1000 kms and availed all service in due time.The reason for complain is that the outer glass of meter of my bike is attracting small cracks due to regular use mainly beacuse of sunlight.However this should not happen.This represents the poor quality .Although this issue is not common but i am experiencing it somehow.So i request you to resolve my issue.My nearest servie center and delearship are avoiding it by saying this is not their responsibility.

    Bluetooth Connectivity Issue in Yamaha FZS-FI V3

    I Am, Puneeth Gowda. I bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 Vintage Edition bike on 12 Feb 2021, at Yamaha Showroom in Bangalore . Since that day I have had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity, where the bluetooth of my bike was not connecting with my Yamaha bike app so I asked the help of the Yamaha showroom guys but they asked time till first service, but now the time is September so I kept asking them 5 to 6 times about the issues with my Bluetooth...

    I had bought my new bike on 20 July and it has been 1and a half month still the bluetooth is not connecting to my mobile, and the nearest showroom is not taking any action as such.
    I have been trying to follow up with them but no use.
    RTO clearance is not done, number plate is stuck because of that, bluetooth bike without bluetooth facility.
    The issue must be resolved by the end of his week.

      Am, Anwar I bought a bike at 5 June 2021, at Phoenix yamaha kattur, Trichy . From that day I have an issue at Bluetooth connectivity, showroom asked time till first service at the time of bike delivery, but now September I kept asking 5 to 6 times. They are asking excuses but not fixing my problem..

        FZ SI V3 starting issue (Battery Issue)

        I purchased Yamaha FZ FI V3 in June-2020 from Suman motors mathura
        my bike have starting issue (bike late start and sometimes did not start if stand unopeartional for more than a day. i raised this issue in agency during routine service twice but Agency did not focus on it and did some wiring loose tight and send me back, now on monday (30/8/2021) when i again visit the agency for routine bike service i again raised the same issue...

        I have a frequent battery issue and visited Yamaha service center [ SRI MOTORS FIRM-SERVICE CENTRE ] Valasaravakkam address shared below. Even after visiting the service center a couple of times, my battery draining issue is not yet resolved. Also, they are not covering the battery under warranty. Kindly help to solve this issue.

              Hi,

              Regarding an unethical and pathetic response on staff in platinum yamaha visakhapatnam,

              I will go a head on consumer case on Yamaha undoubtedly, I have been patient for 5 months but none of the Yamaha staff called and whenever I call them giving an irresponsible behaviour.

                    With reference to the above subject, it may please be noted that the amount which was taken against RTO charge, insurance fees & other items during purchasing of my Yamaha faschino 125 is more than the actual cost/fees as mentioned in RTO Chalan & insurance paper respectively.

                    My vehicle details are as follows,

                    Yamaha Faschino 125
                    Date of purchase: 17/06/2021

                    RTO fees taken by dealer =11056/-
                    Insurance charges taken by dealer=6158/-
                    Extended Warranty = 470.34

                    Actual RTO charge=7535/-
                    Actual insurance fees=4494/-
                    Extended Warranty = Nil

                    It is requested to explain the reason for the above discrepancy in bill amount

                        Hello Team
                        This complaint is regarding unethical behavior witnessed by me earlier today at one of your service center at Patna, Bihar. I had handed over my Yamaha R15 motorbike (BR01FG3733) for it's first servicing at Sri Sai Yamaha, Swadesh Tower, Rukanpura, Bailey Road Patna at around 2PM today (28 August 2021). Later in the day, when I went there to take back the bike after servicing at around 5 PM, I realized that the fuel tank was showing almost 3-4 litres of petrol less than what I had earlier when I had handed it over. The only reason comprehensible is that petrol was taken out deliberately any knowingly from tank when the bike was at the service center.
                        When I enquired about the same, none of the staffs were cooperative and they took no active steps to find out the foul play.

                        I am heavily disappointed with this unprofessional behavior and strongly condemn such activities, involving theft. Such actions shatters the belief and confidence of customers as well as the reputation of company like yours. I urge you to take cognizance of this incident and take active measures to find out the facts and provide me with the needed relief.
                        I would also suggest to sensitize the staff members to avoid such highly uncalled for and disgraced actions in future.

                          My fuel tank is not fixed properly since I have bought the bike. Showroom guys are refusing to replace it. Called customer service they have asked me to get it replaced within service period but showroom guys are refusing it and saying they will put glue and fix it. Please help. Bought bike in November 2020. I will lose the warranty period also in 3 months. Please help. I am regretting buying Yamaha

Since, 1 Service I'm facing a vibration issue when bike crossing 4000rpm, a strange and noticeable vibration occurring from the engine bed which travels to the footrest, handlebar, and even to tank panel and mirrors. I explained this issue to the service manager (Apex and Automax Yamaha- Mumbai), I have tried changing the clutch wire also but still it's not resolving. I have also email Yamaha India but the issue is not resolved instead service center people are saying there is no vibration everything is good you can ride easily but the fact is different due to that bike is getting overheated compare to the same FZ BS6 bike of my friend which he had both in November 2020. Now I'm fed up with the issue. Due to this issue hands feel buzzing even after 15mins ride. It seems like resonance occurs at my specific bike only or a faulty bike has been deliberately sold to me. I informing this issue to the Service center since 1000KM. I choose Yamaha because of its rev and vibration-free engine.
