I'm Ravichandra bisai and my bike model is fzs v3. I gave my vehicle for the damage caused by the "rust of the front and back rim of two wheels, disk plates and caliber " as well. I registered a complaint about this 3 months ago near my location (Platinum yamaha showroom, Dondaparthy, Visakhapatnam). They registered my complaint and told me that all parts will get changed and come under warranty with free of cost in 3 days to end up the entire process and committed to return the vehicle. I said it's fine and handed over my vehicle to them. However, gradually, it took one and half months, In between this duration I kept getting the same reply from them i.e "we didn't receive the report yet". So, eventually, I took my vehicle back despite taking some more days (15 days) to get the report. Due to the rust of the front rim, the disk plate and caliber of the vehicle were stopping the front wheel and not allowed to move. This happens frequently and gradually becomes serious for 3months while driving in the middle of the road in heavy traffic.
Now, The dealer is ready and gave a word to change all the parts which are damaged due to the rust under warranty. But, They require an acceptance report from your end to start the process. I'm attaching the images below of the rusted parts and bike parking place as well.
So, I request you to accept the report to change all the rusted parts to end the process soon.
