    Hi, I have purchased bike in Feb-19 and its driver 12000+ kms by now. In my recent visit to service centre i was told to replace entire chain parts, front suspension fork both and replace the oil and suddenly entire meter box has stopped working. All these would be major repair works/repls needed jn my bike within a span of 2 years. I wamt to know how can such big issues come in just 2 years of time. Need help on this pls

      I Have Purchased a Vehicle From Yamaha. Model: Yamaha FZ3 Colour : Red Booking date: march9th 2021 Delivery date: march19th 2021 I have registered the vehicle on 18thmarch while receiving RC book I was shocked in the Rc book the colour mentionedas MATGREY METALLIC 3. But my vehicle's colour is Red. But I have enquired about the Rcbook issue in the showroom there.There Were noresponses. I have been following the store manager for more than 4months. But there were no proper responses. Improper delivery manner in the showroom . Theshowroom changed the fibre parts as grey to red and given me theDelivery.It's such a forgery. I can file a complaint also . But i'm drafting the mail to you in though ill get a proper response from your end.         Just one week ago I had purchased yamaha fz-s V3 BT varient, now when I am trying to connect and trying putting my chases number, so it is showing error that bike has been registered to another user, when I trying register my register for first time.
        This was very disappointed

            Dear Yamaha

            I purchased a bike on Aprill 22, on that next day I found the issue that engine oil leakage and I informed the dealer in the same day, they done something for that but still problem is not solved.

            Also service cost they was collect 1200 for first service & 1000 for second service. But there is issue not yet fixed.

            Now tankpad issues also starting, its was broken without giving any load.

            Very very disappointment for this bike, If bike is not in good condition then why yamaha allow sales to customer?

              I have booked FZ-X through the internet(Yamaha website) by paying Rs. 2000/-(first booking). The Amount has been cheated by Yamaha. Fake promises are given by yamaha.

              But I bought the vehicle in full cash mode without considering the advance payment of Rs. 2000/- in Srivari Showroom, Maduravoyal, Ambattur, Chennai (As dealer denied for considering the advance payment via internet). Vehicle Number: TN18BE1209

              Kindly give back my advance paid Rs. 2000/- to me asap.

              Even I received mail from Yamaha motors that I was selected for the watch gift. But nothing was received from the dealer end or any. Provide the watch also.

                Its been mote than 10 days where i have sent my bike R15 for accidental cover and still nothing has been done. Everytime i speak with supervisor he delays the work on next day.
                This kind of behavior is giving us hard time.

                        Today on 16.8.2021 I have got my YAMAHA R15 ( Having RC MH14 JQ 9962 PIMPARI CHINCHWAD ) after first free serving, it is found very worst work done by service center named RISHAN MOTORS, MOHANNAGAR . Incomplete handle work, no oil to any part where required, main chain not lubricant .Manager told lubricant plant not worked may be taken 5-6 days. Billing procedure very delayed. After message of manager I got my vehicle after one and half hour with incomplete work.very bad experience.

                            My r15 v3 2019 model, it was going upto 10k km no issue with my bike after i noticed petrol tank cap filled with water continously its rust also in rainy time. I went to service center and asking about the problem they told its normal only its having water bypass is there so dont worry about this. But i am not satisfied with this after i am noticed too much water filled in that cap so i am panic about petrol and water mixed with tank.
                            After few days i felt engine cutt off problem when i quick accleration time and step by step its giving more trouble misfiring problem and engine cut off in traffic. So i went to service center and told to check my bike. After they told the water bypass is choked so only its going water inside. After drain the petrol i found 60% water mixed with petrol. They told to check the fuel pump and injecter. Afyer they said injecter is ok pume haiving issue so need to replace the fuel pump its cost of 6800rs + fitting charges. They only seeing its self told pump was gone. It is possible to identify the problem in diagnostic.

                              I am K Dinesh holding Yamaha FZS which is registered on[protected],
                              I have visited MRC Automobiles on 27/07/2021 with a problem of Chain broken, Front Break, Back Break, cluch Harden, problem but my problem was half solved and other things like Front Break, cluch and newly developed after serving is accelator problem which I have visited for solving the issue but neither mechanic addressed the issue earlier attended nor the showroom supervisor attended the issue and when I asked for complaint book they have provided the visitors book and asked me to write the complaint on that, which is attached as well.
                              I have never faced such issues earlier. These people are behaving very unprofessional way and service center manager is also not present and his replacement is also not present.
                              Kindly address the issue and with this I have attached the previous bill copy and complaint book copy of MRC Automobiles.

                              Dear Yamaha Team,

                              I am K Dinesh holding Yamaha FZS which is registered on[protected],
                              I have visited MRC Automobiles on 27/07/2021 with a problem of Chain broken, Front Break, Back Break, cluch Harden, problem but my problem was half solved and other things like Front Break, cluch and newly developed after serving is accelator problem which I have visited for solving the issue but neither mechanic addressed the issue earlier attended nor the showroom supervisor attended the issue and when I asked for complaint book they have provided the visitors book and asked me to write the complaint on that, which is attached as well.
                              I have never faced such issues earlier. These people are behaving very unprofessional way and service center manager is also not present and his replacement is also not present.
                              Kindly address the issue and with this I have attached the previous bill copy and complaint book copy of MRC Automobiles.

                                I have a Yamaha fascino 125 from Northern motor faridabad, But the dealer sell old manufacturing stock without confirming me, After two I m going for accessories then I ask
                                Manufacturing year of scooty then he says this is model of 2020 but registration 2021 ka hoga
                                So Why I purchase this old manufacturing product …. Plzz return this old model give new model fascino of 2021 …. Plzzz take action for this complaint as soon as possible.

                                    I purchased fz 25 in 2019.Its motor teeth got damaged 2 times.I changed it.Now again it stared to damage.I asked several yamaha service centers about this problem, but they are not good enough to find my problem.Please help me regarding this problem.

                                      My Bike FZS display showing icon in Orange color which should be green symbol

                                      I went to Yamaha showroom Happy automotives they are not responding..they are wasting of customer time...it would be bad effect on Yamaha showroom behaviour...

                                      I purchase Yamaha FZS V3 in April' 21 and in may bike didn't run because of lockdown. Now in August in feeling some problem with my bike breaking system main in front break and when yesterday I'm take my bike to service centre they said your bike break pad is wear off, I'm shocked 😲 totally I'm just drive my bike approx more than 3 months and front break pad is wear off and daily drive only 22km. and my bike totally run 3000km only and my bike front break pad wear off this quick.

                                      I'm not expect this from Yamaha very disappointed product, please help in regarding this matter else I will go to legal for this only in 3 months break pad is wear off this how cheap quality yamaha make for there customer.

                                      Please revert as soon as possible. I want to get is repair on FOC
