      I have an issue with my FZ BS6 Racing blue bike bought on August 22, 2020, from (Apex Yamaha) Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra. Since, 1 Service I'm facing a vibration issue when bike crossing 4000rpm, a strange and noticeable vibration occurring from the engine bed which travels to the footrest, handlebar, and even to tank panel and mirrors. I explained this issue to the service manager (Apex and Automax Yamaha- Mumbai), I have tried changing the clutch wire also but still it's not resolving. I have also email Yamaha India but the issue is not resolved instead service center people are saying there is no vibration everything is good you can ride easily but the fact is different due to that bike is getting overheated compare to the same FZ BS6 bike of my friend which he had both in November 2020. Now I'm fed up with the issue. Due to this issue hands feel buzzing even after 15mins ride. It seems like resonance occurs at my specific bike only or a faulty bike has been deliberately sold to me. I informing this issue to the Service center since 1000KM. I choose Yamaha because of its rev and vibration-free engine.

        I'm Ravichandra bisai and my bike model is fzs v3. I gave my vehicle for the damage caused by the "rust of the front and back rim of two wheels, disk plates and caliber " as well. I registered a complaint about this 3 months ago near my location (Platinum yamaha showroom, Dondaparthy, Visakhapatnam). They registered my complaint and told me that all parts will get changed and come under warranty with free of cost in 3 days to end up the entire process and committed to return the vehicle. I said it's fine and handed over my vehicle to them. However, gradually, it took one and half months, In between this duration I kept getting the same reply from them i.e "we didn't receive the report yet". So, eventually, I took my vehicle back despite taking some more days (15 days) to get the report. Due to the rust of the front rim, the disk plate and caliber of the vehicle were stopping the front wheel and not allowed to move. This happens frequently and gradually becomes serious for 3months while driving in the middle of the road in heavy traffic.

        Now, The dealer is ready and gave a word to change all the parts which are damaged due to the rust under warranty. But, They require an acceptance report from your end to start the process. I'm attaching the images below of the rusted parts and bike parking place as well.
        So, I request you to accept the report to change all the rusted parts to end the process soon.

          I E Rajeev, had made a pre ordered Yamaha FZ-X with Bluetooth on "https://www.yamaha-motor-india.com" website on[protected] with a booking amount of Rs. 2000 only. The complaint i want to register because of the following issues
          1. Misappropriation of Ex- showroom price between Yamaha website and the showroom price.
          2. Failure of refund of the booking amount Rs. 2000/- even after the delivery of the vehicle and it's been 2 months the issue has not been solved yet.
          3. Didn't received the said gift of custom Yamaha Casio G-shock watch even after booking the bike within 200 customers.
          4.improper customer complaint network even after complaining so many times they didn't took the following issues properly.
          5. Misinformation on the website on the day of purchase about correct showroom details and it made the entire purchase experience miserable.(booked in vaishnavi automobiles, birla junction, visakahapatnam but made to take delivery from platinum motors, dondaparthy, visakhapatnam)

            My bike has gear shifting issue. I have already visited Yamaha service center 4 times for this reason. They are unable to solve it or they are providing temporary solution which works around one month. Whenever I call customer care[protected], they suggest me to visit service center. No one is listening. Last time I spoke to a Yamaha customer care executive named Ranjit Kumar was very rude and didn't provide me a proper solution. Plz look after this issue.

              When ever I visit a showroom for common spares like engine oil, break pads and general spares. Showroom staff not giving any item and they are demanding me to do it in showroom.

              What are basic rights I have??

                  YAMAHA FZS-REAR DISK BSIV: ENGINE ISSUE (ENGINE AND CHASSIS NO. G3J3E0300198-ME1RG4486J0005770)

                  WE HAVE BEEN CONTINUEOUSLY SENDING MAILS TO YAMAHA CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE !

                  This is to inform you that, my vehicle YAMAHA FZS-REAR DISK bearing Engine & Chassis No. G3J3E0300198-ME1RG4486J0005770,
                  Has severe engine issues due to issues pertaining to your maintenance.

                  I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR FEEDBACK AND RESOLUTION FOR THE SAME.

                  Brief History.
                  - From the time of purchase, my vehicle has been after every 3000kms, been going ONLY to your service centre for maintenance activities.
                  - Currently I have made around 18 to 20 trips to your service centre (SINCE PURCHASE)to ensure my vehicle service is been done regularly.
                  - Please check the history of the vehicle no. TN19-AJ-0835 in your service records to confirm the same.

                  Further to the same please note.
                  - Vehicle Value Approx. Rs.1, 10, 000/-
                  - Total Cost only on maintenance and repairs. Rs. 60, 000/-
                  - Kms run – 55, 000 Kms

                  History of accidents or damages:
                  - NIL !!!

                  It is really sad that I have to pay such a huge price for maintenance of this vehicle.

                  Additional Data:
                  The vehicle had an issue where the gear shaft (which according to even the service engineer) should not have broken, but broke, due to poor quality material was replaced.
                  - This required the engine to be totally dismantled and Gear Shaft changed.
                  - After assembly the total engine has been damaged.

                  I request you, to kindly take some time and check the service history, the amount spent on maintenance and the total invoiced value.

                  PLEASE SHARE YOUR RESOLUTION AND FEEDBACK ON THE ENGINE ISSUE SINCE I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR REBORING THE ENTIRE ENGINE (APPROX. COST RS.18, 000 ~ RS.20, 000/- INCLUSIVE OF ALL CHARGES) FOR A FAULT IN YOUR SERVICE.

                        I Purchased my yamaha FZ-S at Sri Hari krishna subseed of hameedha yamaha showroom . Purchased after 10 days, I heard abnormal noise in engine.. 3 times I take my bike to the service center. They say new engine .. noise not happens.. after that they found the engine noise, still they are not fixing. They speak like honey with tounge of poison. these two Show room is THE THE WORST Service, I have ever seen. There is no time keeping, not maintaining the words or keeping the words, customer is not treated in good manner, making to wait for long time while leaving the bike for service also for getting the bike back after service. Every time they are telling that, Bike is not ready. I cant able to bare with this persons. One of the worst service I have ever seen.

                          I have purchase yamaha FZ bike which was delivered dated on 12.08.2020, i'm continuously doing follow up of RC book in the showroom (Name: Ganesh enterprises, Vikhroli, Mumbai) and RTO as well but non of them has co-operated with me properly. Now its been 1 year completed & I haven't received my RC book yet.& also the service provided by the above mention showroom is not proper as well, Kindly look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest.

                            Its been four months. Now, they're saying that we will not change any parts that instruction received from their product engineer as a report. When I asked report, they said we can't send the report directly to the customers. When I asked them strongly they said, we have not received the confirmation yet. What an acting skill that Yamaha staff.

                            It's been almost four months i have been running behind them to give solution for my issue and they are pretending eventually.
                            this is really a big mistake that i had purchased a bike from yamaha company. Such a panthetic service.

                              Took delivery of the R15 - V3 bike last week. From the first day i am facing this strange issue. At around[protected] rpm, i can feel the vibration in bike body and front foot rests. Once i passed the 5000 rpm range, i lost the vibrations. Checked with service center guys. But they are not sure why this is happening. Please help

                                  Hi, I have purchased bike in Feb-19 and its driver 12000+ kms by now. In my recent visit to service centre i was told to replace entire chain parts, front suspension fork both and replace the oil and suddenly entire meter box has stopped working. All these would be major repair works/repls needed jn my bike within a span of 2 years. I wamt to know how can such big issues come in just 2 years of time. Need help on this pls

                                    I Have Purchased a Vehicle From Yamaha. Model: Yamaha FZ3 Colour : Red Booking date: march9th 2021 Delivery date: march19th 2021 I have registered the vehicle on 18thmarch while receiving RC book I was shocked in the Rc book the colour mentionedas MATGREY METALLIC 3. But my vehicle's colour is Red. But I have enquired about the Rcbook issue in the showroom there.There Were noresponses. I have been following the store manager for more than 4months. But there were no proper responses. Improper delivery manner in the showroom . Theshowroom changed the fibre parts as grey to red and given me theDelivery.It's such a forgery. I can file a complaint also . But i'm drafting the mail to you in though ill get a proper response from your end.                                       Just one week ago I had purchased yamaha fz-s V3 BT varient, now when I am trying to connect and trying putting my chases number, so it is showing error that bike has been registered to another user, when I trying register my register for first time.
