I have visited two times in your khatima service centre but neighter heard my complaint nor checked my vichele. It is said to me that change your bettery or charged bettery, I do same but bettery is ok problem is same, no action taken by service centre

    My r15 v3 2019 model, it was going upto 10k km no issue with my bike after i noticed petrol tank cap filled with water continously its rust also in rainy time. I went to service center and asking about the problem they told its normal only its having water bypass is there so dont worry about this. But i am not satisfied with this after i am noticed too much water filled in that cap so i am panic about petrol and water mixed with tank.
    After few days i felt engine cutt off problem when i quick accleration time and step by step its giving more trouble misfiring problem and engine cut off in traffic. So i went to service center and told to check my bike. After they told the water bypass is choked so only its going water inside. After drain the petrol i found 60% water mixed with petrol. They told to check the fuel pump and injecter. Afyer they said injecter is ok pume haiving issue so need to replace the fuel pump its cost of 6800rs + fitting charges. They only seeing its self told pump was gone. It is possible to identify the problem in diagnostic.

      Dear Yamaha Team,

      I am K Dinesh holding Yamaha FZS which is registered on[protected],
      I have visited MRC Automobiles on 27/07/2021 with a problem of Chain broken, Front Break, Back Break, cluch Harden, problem but my problem was half solved and other things like Front Break, cluch and newly developed after serving is accelator problem which I have visited for solving the issue but neither mechanic addressed the issue earlier attended nor the showroom supervisor attended the issue and when I asked for complaint book they have provided the visitors book and asked me to write the complaint on that, which is attached as well.
      I have never faced such issues earlier. These people are behaving very unprofessional way and service center manager is also not present and his replacement is also not present.
      Kindly address the issue and with this I have attached the previous bill copy and complaint book copy of MRC Automobiles.

        So Why I purchase this old manufacturing product …. Plzz return this old model give new model fascino of 2021 …. Plzzz take action for this complaint as soon as possible.

              I purchase Yamaha FZS V3 in April' 21 and in may bike didn't run because of lockdown. Now in August in feeling some problem with my bike breaking system main in front break and when yesterday I'm take my bike to service centre they said your bike break pad is wear off, I'm shocked 😲 totally I'm just drive my bike approx more than 3 months and front break pad is wear off and daily drive only 22km. and my bike totally run 3000km only and my bike front break pad wear off this quick.

              I'm not expect this from Yamaha very disappointed product, please help in regarding this matter else I will go to legal for this only in 3 months break pad is wear off this how cheap quality yamaha make for there customer.

              Please revert as soon as possible. I want to get is repair on FOC

                    Good Afternoon, Iam Naveen Raj M i took a vehicle R15 on 09/07/2021 from Bikerz located at Chennai Chrompet. The problem is this dealership collecting additional charges from me arround Rs.2500/-. When i cross check my statement of account which is given by the dealer there is some mishandling happen and i check and visited 7 more times still there is no reply from their end. And Would i like to inform u that 'They are doing and talking similarly same" Now they are telling a story and confused me. Finally i tell u onething " I Trust Yamaha that's y i choose and taken yamaha. Pls resolve as soon as possible and revert me.
                    Note : differant type statement given by sales team & accounts team im not satistied.

                        I was given bike for servicing on 3 aug 2021at Warty Colony, Ganjmal, Nashik, Maharashtra 422001 but service was very bad. Front shockup oil leakage work not did properly still oil is coming out, chain pocket sound still not resolved, i think servicing also not done.only charged me 2672 rs.                           Complaint about alagendra motors service center, Kalavasal, Madurai, Tamil nadu .Service was ok but they scratched my bike during Service.they scratched my kill switch and the mounted area, they didn'tinformed about that when they delivered my bike, I noticed after I came from the servicecenter then I came back to Servicecenter it was almost closed because it's late .then next day I approached the Service center they want evidence that they created it How can I give evidence? .when I asked about it they said it's your fault and you done it. It's my first Service how can I scratch my bike and the service manager was very rude they didn't gave me any resolution and they even didn't asked any apology about the damage they made In my bike. It was very much annoyed due to their action. And much irritated.

                            I bought a Yamaha scooter Ray ZR FI, on 13th June 2021. I was told the number and the RC will arrive by a month. I kept following up with the Showroom/Dealer Wheel Movers, Kalyani. On 5th of July, I received a message from the RTO that the number has been generated and the number is WB90 G8260.Till now I have not received the number plate, today is 8th Of August 2021. Each time I call them they keep harassing me by saying that it will arrive tomorrow . I was supposed to get it on Wednesday (4th Of August), then again after asking they told me it will arrive on Friday (6th Of August), and then again they told me it will come on Saturday 7th of August.Today they told me they don't know when will the number plate arrive. I am a daily commuter and as per law I cannot travel a vehicle without a number plate. Please help me.I never expected this kind of service from Yamaha. because the dealers are the face of Yamaha and if they start harassing the customers, it is the image of Yamaha that gets affected. I will think twice before buying a bike from Yamaha, which I was about to book in a few days. I raised an issue with Yamaha as well and not getting proper response.

                                  My self eshank Shekhar beening your customers since last 5 years. My fzs bike no BR06BG5732, yesterday (6 aug 2021)I have gone to millennium auto World vip road, near fci godown kathalwari Darbhanga, 846004 for running service ( change for main stand ) service supervisor and the both told me that we don't have manpower to do the work of your and talk to me very rough language that I can explain and told me jo karna karo.This is how service center talk to customer .I request to you to do needful and confirm the action.

                                    I purchased Yamaha FZS bluetooth version 3 as on April 2021.. last Sunday (01.08.2021) I running my bike automatically pick up problem..then I go to Yamaha sub delar Rudra Auto Belur Howrah technician said FID problem go to main dealer this part is warranty coverage.. then I go to Yamaha main dealer SNC Yamaha Howrah baltikuri but technician said this is no warranty part.. but my bike is only 3 months old why I facing warranty issue.. please solve my problem..

                                      Hi,
                                      Today 4.8.21 given yamaha fazer for a general service and chain socket replacement. It was confirmed by the dealer staff that delivered by same day. I was following with the delear by reaching to his mobile more than 3 times and dealer said it will delivered by evening.. Finally, when I call to the dealer to check the status of the service he mentioned that delivery is not possible today. Reason he said as spare parts not availble which we have to get it from the other branch service center. He said he will Confim again regrading delivery but after that he did not keep me update. I were waiting for his update to make arrangement of my friend vehicle for the next day work... Finally I had very bad experience due the irresponsible staff in the Walters yamaha service center. No 740, Thiruvottiyur High Rd, Thangal, New Washermenpet, Tondiarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600081
